No purpose in life means people think for self and only for ones family.. there is no purpose for self and one who belongs to you only.. when you think everyone belongs to you and whole world is your family then you can't resist doing good to the world. To keep purpose means you must do something to the world because if u don't do puruasharth then you become depressed because energy has to be utilize in some work
Basically there's no universal purpose. The purpose is simply a play. A purposeless play. Krishna called it "leela". Life itself is sufficient unto itself. Purpose isn't needed. Here however,, gurudev is talking about adding a meaning. A direction. To help make daily life a joy. It becomes so. If you have a goal. A pursuit. Not solidified. But fluid and committed. And purpose has to be altruistic. The well being of others has to be included somehow. And not for the personal self's gratification (which is the real bondage and ignorance). Look in. Meditation is the real deal. Smile. Serve. Meditate. The eternal formula to happiness. As Gurudev says. Take care. I love you. 🤍🙏💛
