I an ordinary person now everyone calls me a motivator.. But i will say i am not wat i am today because of me.. But because of my gurudev.. The day i learned Sudarshan kriya was the turning point.. It changes my life completely now when i convince people like me to do Sudarshan kriya they take time to do it but when they do it and say thanks to me for introducing it into their life i tell them to thank gurufev who keep on blessing who is channeling the energy.. Loved it bhai❤️ I’m a vegan since 3.5 years and it’s a great feeling that we choose to be cruelty free and sustainable lifestyle. Went Vegan for the Animals, but discovered later on it has a ton of benefits more.
Personally, from what i have observed is that, There are many philosophers, intellectuals and gurus who are good at talking and explaining concepts about mind,god,life and spirituality. But when i listen to Sri Sri, i feel something touches not just my intellect but much more than that something touches my heart 💓. He doesn't throw another concept for us as there are already many in our heads but he breaks those concepts. And i can't stop loving him. I just can't.

My world changed very much for good , after doing the Sudarshan Kriya. I never thought in this lifetime ever I would find my guru. I was sinking in Depression, with was going around in my life. On the urge of killing myself . That is when I thought to give Sudarshan Kriya a try , since nothing and no one could help me. And from that day and until today there’s no looking back. Within an year I did almost my courses and now Volunteering for Aol. I would encourage all the youth , to definitely do the Happiness Course and experience the positive change in your life . It works as a saviour in your tough times. Even if all is good in your life, you never know when you would require this life-jacket of Sudarshan Kriya. Thank you Gurudev for coming into my life.

Yoga Vasistha is a Treasure house of Sci-fi concepts like time travel, parallel universe, multiple universe, thought experiment etc Although sci-fi is only a theme in some of the stories of this book, the book mainly deals with Spirituality, it is described as Hindu text par excellence. I think what he meant was that , non vegetarians have a notion that vegetarians tend to be weak because all the essential vitamins , minerals and proteins cannot be obtained through a vegetarian diet. He just says that's not true . Vegetarian diet can meet your nutritional requirements and make you just as strong .

A must watch for spiritual seekers
My world changed very much for good , after doing the Sudarshan Kriya. I never thought in this lifetime ever I would find my guru.
I was sinking in Depression, with was going around in my life. On the urge of killing myself . That is when I thought to give Sudarshan Kriya a try , since nothing and no one could help me. And from that day and until today there’s no looking back. Within an year I did almost my courses and now Volunteering for Aol.
I would encourage all the youth , to definitely do the Happiness Course and experience the positive change in your life . It works as a saviour in your tough times. Even if all is good in your life, you never know when you would require this life-jacket of Sudarshan Kriya.
Thank you Gurudev for coming into my life.

I think what he meant was that , non vegetarians have a notion that vegetarians tend to be weak because all the essential vitamins , minerals and proteins cannot be obtained through a vegetarian diet. He just says that's not true . Vegetarian diet can meet your nutritional requirements and make you just as strong .
