  • Hey guys,
I know it's been a while, but life has kept me busy.
However with more and more "herpers" taking to youtube in the hopes of getting views, followers and fame I hope to just give you an insight into good old herping. This video was taken during my Christmas vacation 2019/2020.
These animals were all found in one nature reserve, where me real goal was to find some vipers.
No vipers were found but a striped Bronzeback as well as a green vine snake that had just killed a Desilva's lizard.
Hope you enjoy the video guys.
    Stay save and healthy.

Welcome back Fred! Sri Lanka is such an amazing destination, looks like it doesn’t disappoint with the reptilian diversity. The Green Vine Snake was awesome, any time you get to see an animal engaging in natural behavior it’s a treat. Great shots as always, and I’m looking forward to more videos!

Thanks! Yeah I definitely managed some neat finds, as always. Yeah there probably would have been a time when I would have stuck around until the snake ate the lizard or abandoned it. But that snake really needs that meal, and I don’t really need that footage. More videos with more cool critters coming soon!
