On the e21 I suspect the heat gauge being faulty. I have come across that twice already but haven't tried any repairs to know what would work. On clogged injectors I have had excellent results using a tire valve over the intake of the injector with a little hole in the valve cap to fit the straw from a can of carburettor cleaner. Probably a bit late now as you've got a new one but the CSV (Cold Start Valve) does have a habit of becoming clogged when not used for long periods. Good that you are back on a positive note. Sad you couldn't take on that free BMW but I'm sure it will wind up in a new home with an owner that can appreciate it.

*spits Mountain Dew all over his computer screens laughing out loud when Sreten screams like a girl. I love this guy he not only informative but entertaining. A bit envious about the E21. I've wanted one since I first saw them when it required traveling 30 miles one way just to get to a BMW dealer.
Others have pointed it out but I want to point it out so you can see it. GET AN AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP. (Or is it just called HEAT PUMP, whatever) That way you can warm up the workshop during winter and cool it down during summer. I have heard that Toshiba ones are good products. I personally don't have any experience with them.
Definitely should. Seems a shame not to. Though I'm guessing obtaining the tanks and associated systems would be both very expensive and require a lot of research/book work.
That would be impossible sadly. Search on YT hydrogen E38 750 to see what BMW had to do to get it to work. As far as the engine goes, only intake manifolds are modified to take hydrogen. The rest is unchanged.
I'm not at all surprised you are doing the right thing when it comes to the 320i. It deserves many years on the road. That was such a feel good moment!
Hello, i love your videos. Enjoying every second. I'm just curious if u would ever think of owning or at least restoring a Mercedes Benz any time? They also do have some pretty cool, bulletproof cars tbh. And I think it would be a twist from the BMWs. Because you're now mostly expert with them and repairing a car with no prior experience with them would make good entertainment. Any ways, keep it up!

I love these videos, watching these projects gives me a little bit of hope. My old 97 Golf Tdi just broke down on me, and it's my first car, been in the family since 2008, had 595k kms, its a heartbreaking esperience, even tho i worked on it so much in the past years, always being able to fix it, now its some weird electrical stuff that i cant fix, and no mechanic wants to work on it, because its too complicated and bolts are rusty and bla bla bla. Its a hard time for me to have a passion for cars, maybe I shouldn't get attached to objects.
@@vw5056 electrical issues, i was driving down the road, all of a sudden every electronic just turned off, no lights, dash completely dead, radio dead, engine was running very poorly. Then it did this 3 or 4 times in like one minute and when i got home i turned off the lights switch and it turned the car off. Its complicated because its from 97 and has like 600k kms, and all the wires and bolts and brackets are rusty and full of dirt. In my country, mechanic shops just dont want the headache, the only option would be to take it to a dealership but they charge very much, so i cant really afford it.
@@Extrovers Sounds like a classic bad ground. Start with inspecting the one on the left front fender that also connects to the hood. Also clean your battery connections. If this doesn't fix it look up a wiring diagram and check all grounds on the car.

Although I am also somehow constantly fixing something like you do, except its always on the same car hmm.... (just this week the reversing sensors died)
Nothing wrong with wrenching on fiat, it manages to surprise you every week :D
@@ivmilicevic Exactly man, it's a game of "Ooh what is this new light on the dashboard" haha
Here in Australia FIAT stands for either 'Fails In All Tests or Fix It Again Tony. But I've had a few and they are really fun cars.....
Good that you are back on a positive note. Sad you couldn't take on that free BMW but I'm sure it will wind up in a new home with an owner that can appreciate it.
Love you and what you are doing. Keep it up bro!
My E46 coupe loves this channel...... nothing like this in Wales!!!😊😊😊
My favorite RUclipsr
You make everything look so easy, anyway, I love the workplace you have, making me jealous, put in a bed, a fridge and a oven/microwave combo and you got yourself a second house.
(Pretty sure the missus isn't going to like that one too much). Love your videos bud! Keep up the awesome work!
Are you gonna keep the M73 engine running on hydrogen? Would be pretty cool.
@@M539Restorations Ah ok, you should put the intake manifold up on the wall as an ornament then ;)
I'm not at all surprised you are doing the right thing when it comes to the 320i.
My day got waaay better now 😄
Sreten: e39 has to go cause I have too many cars
Also Sreten: I bought two more cars
We would love to work alongside you on the E21- that colour is so nice! And obviously, the E30, we are here for that too!
Thank you! Alpina B7 and E32 750iL I'll bring to you. :)
I’ve got to say, Castellon might be my favorite of your cars. So green, so cool
Sreten You are Well and Truly The Man. I keep saying it maybe not in Every Video but already in too may of them. But I also find myself saying it to myself throughout your Videos. I don't what else to say but You Are The Man !!! You're a Legend !!!
I have a 323i and it is a great car. All our members on E21 CCA on Facebook are following your restoration of this wonderful car. When you repaint it I hope you will also detail the trunk/ boot as well. We did ours and had the sidemarker lights removed and filled. Press on regardless!
Very happy to hear that your E30 is getting repaired!
Might look into a heatpump.
It uses like 1/3 power of the blower, but outputs more heat.
Park it until you find a forum with the same problem. Then buy a Toyota . You will be happy with low maintenance car.
What is happening with it? A Golf III is complicated? Lmao. Look for a competent garage.
@@petepenn1 oh right, because no 1997 Toyota with 600k kms would ever need work. Get out of here.
