REIT provides long term growth through redistribution but it does not give the profits provided by Stocks through dividends. This is an investment vehicle. Depending on the prices of the REIT this will be a good buy or another way for the likes of Ayala's to use money to fund their projects.

Ang intindi ko is they are making money from reits to use in the building. But i noticed buo na yung mga building. I am not sure as i am here in the usa but i looked using google maps that 2buildings are finished and ayala exchange is the one i am seeing being constructed as per google maps but i am not sure how latest the satellite picture is.

for clarification, rental income from 3 properties of Areit will only have a maximum level, therefore dividends will have lower yield if there are thousands of investor coming in.
The dividends is based on the revenue but it is not divided based on the number of investors but the number of shares. If the number shares remain fixed and assuming income remains fixed, no matter if investors increase dividends remain the same

DD made their stocks available for the public to buy for which the money was used to develop those DD buildings which are now all included in their REITS, again for the public to buy? What is your take on this? Its like they are taking all of their construction and operating costs from us small investors and the market

for clarification, rental income from 3 properties of Areit will only have a maximum level, therefore dividends will have lower yield if there are thousands of investor coming in.
The dividends is based on the revenue but it is not divided based on the number of investors but the number of shares. If the number shares remain fixed and assuming income remains fixed, no matter if investors increase dividends remain the same
Sir Marvin question po. Pag mag buy ka ba sa launching ng REIT may minimum number of shares or amount na dapat investment or same lang siya sa minimum number of shares sa regular na stocks? Plan ko kasi sana bumili sa Launch ng AREIT kaso hindi ako sure baka mamaya kulang pala ang funds ko.

DD made their stocks available for the public to buy for which the money was used to develop those DD buildings which are now all included in their REITS, again for the public to buy? What is your take on this? Its like they are taking all of their construction and operating costs from us small investors and the market

Same here. I'm holding ALI and was wondering if I should still pursue AREIT. Unsure if that would be a wise strategy considering they are both owned by Ayalas. Hope this can be discussed in the future vids
