Hi Sir Marvin. Been following your videos kasi new to investing po ako sa stock market. May minor concern lang po ako na baka pwede rin pong mashare sa mga followers niyo po. Im not too worried with the covid situation since we all know that everything will be better after a few years. Ang worry ko po ay kapag nagoccur yung the 'big one' na earthquake sa manila (na wag naman sana). Though nabasa ko naman po yung summary and some parts of the prospectus ng AREIT na Grade A building standards at covered yung mga yun ng insurance. Ask ko lang po what could happen to us investors kung totally masira yung mga properties and other scenarios po related sa natural calamity. Thank you sir and more power! 🙂
