This was a powerful moment. She lost her love.
And she gained a new one, and a new duty
I completely agree 😢
@@seekeroftruth9454 who is the new one
@@bigkarai pfft, I don't even remember, nor know who I was reffering to😂
I think I was reffering that the mankind is her new love, the flame in their souls and the balance of dark amd light between them wich motivates her to give them and the ones who cam't protect themselves protection and love because she realised she can't change anything by swinging a sword, there will always be evil, and that everything she can do is balance things out and bring more light in their hearts through love, because she's learned that just love can change the world
I suppose this was it, and if it wasn't, it's now=)
And then he came back
Aww man he should've just forced the plane to crash somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean so that he could wake up 70 some years later.
Sorry another Steve from another world war took that.

This has to be the most likeable and important side character out there. Just a regular man with no powers or even crazy special skills, taking advice from his dead dad and doing his best to make the world a better place. Even at the cost of living a nice life with the woman he loves. He’s rather give other people life. Amazing character, and to me it was way more moving then captain America’s plane scene even
He was a much better character than the lead, in fact.
Yes ur true he would be kinda dc s captain america

I love how awesome Pine's and Gadot's acting are in this scene. You can tell Steve doesn't want to die. But he knows what he has to do. And you see him accept his fate in the end. And Diana feels pain and rage and sorrow and you can tell that she just has no mercy for those that made Steve's sacrifice necessary. She loved him only to lose him a few days later and you can clearly read that so easily. Everything about this scene is phenomenal
I like how Steve can’t just do it, he has to struggle and psych himself up first. It’s such a human moment in the middle of the Big Sacrifice scene.
Absolutely agree. I think the film should have finished with Diana being pregnant with Steve's baby. A very powerful and emotional scene!
Losing it at my Spanish Flu grief is a big one and you wouldn’t want to face that. Now that Prince Philip died a year later I’ve lost it even more. It really felt someone I loved has died and I lost it at everyone once
Gal is great but chris pine is such a silly actor
What was the purpose of him sacrificing himself??
Her scream was so powerful and sad 😔
I remember when horse riding texted me the night after Tasmin’s death I nearly screamed the entire house down because I saw her really lame

Yes the film is about Wonder Woman, a superhero, but Steve Trevor is the real hero, he has no powers, is just a simple human, and sacrificed himself to help save the world. It’s easy to see why Diana fell in love with him.

I literally cried so hard when he died. The sacrifices are always the most heart-wrenching because they do it out of love. They never had time to love each other and that alone is so sad. The way that she screams “Steve” when the plane explodes makes me sob every time. 🥺💔
I screamed like Diana when our beloved Prince Philip died last year and my sister was literally standing there on the landing as I screamed in grief. Horrible day it was
Geez! She flicked her arms back, energy or fire came out and incinerated all those soldiers and Aries told her to take them all.
Imagine the stinch there. Powerful scene.
I don't think she realized just how much she loved Steve until he was gone, then it hit her hard.
That was me as I stared at 2020 and completely lost it. No wonder why 2020 didn’t win
You can see in the last few moments of his life, that he's remembering everything he's ever known and loved, that he's preparing himself and he's convincing himself that he isn't dying in vain
Saddest scene ever😭😢

That was me when we lost Prince Philip in April. I wanted to let my grief right out and my sister has never seen that before. I was so upset when he died because of Meghan. It felt I lost someone I loved that day. I literally screamed the whole house down and my sisters reaction to it was insane

In the Justice League cartoon series, Diana met Steve in a time travel incident. When she and the rest of the JL members returned to their timezone, she went to see Steve after he has grown old. That was a happy ending.
Yes, that was a very good series, and WW was written especially well in it.
Time travel like in endgame because Thanos died early but Tony done the time travel to bring the avengers back
I loved Tony for that
Gotta love a war hero named Steve sacrificing themselves in planes
The saddest part of this is the heart look on Wonder Woman's face.
She went through that army like THUNDER....

Why don't flash run back in time and bring him back before the explosion? Pine is perfect for green lantern ,but steve Trevor always steve Trevor.

That’s me with 1917’s experience
I was shaking so much watching it today but my reaction hasn’t changed
I was speechless the next day because of how amazing the movie was and loved Schofield straight away
I would like to believe that in Steve Trevor's final moments, a Green Lantern Ring went to him and said "Steve Trevor, you have displayed great will power in the face of great fear, accept this ring and join the Green Lantern Corps.." yada yada something something.
