    I usually suffer with heated scalp but only here ifound answer mod med has nothing for such a common and disturbing ailment thanks a lot may God bless

    Thank you, Linda. I haven't done this for a while. I had to do it twice to get the heat out of my head. Will be doing it regularly for a while, whilst I try to get my blood pressure down. As always, I send you gratitude.

    Tap hips with pinkie side of hand edge 30 times
    Stretch side to side slowly
    Arms parallel to floor for balance
    Rotate right hip joint five times one direction
    Opposite direction
    Switch legs
    Tap skull with fingertips. Look for sore places.
    Feel your body
    With fingernails push down into skull. Look for sore places. Push and stay there as pain leaves.
    Neck massage
    Neck rolls each direction
    Check temperature between hand and forehead

    That is some really good balance and muscle control you show there. Stress has reduced me to a largely immobile 50 year old. I do daily leg raises in every direction and try to keep in control as much as possible. I'm going to try your suggestions after lunch but it does look fairly advanced for my recently formed geriatric condition. Thanks for this.
