Those solid mounting straps on the 90 degree sections won't lead to vibration transfer into the body? I'd incorporate a section of belted rubber into them to isolate vibration.
Never solid mount your exhaust to the underbody of the car. From the flex tubes or spherical joints back, every single mounting position should be isolated with some type of rubber hanger.
@@malaki4519 I will end up using full tubular k member in the future if I go too far into it. Not pressing right now but the maxspeedingrods ride great for now
@@1194video that’s actually what I’m running currently on my 2011. Full bmr other then my air suspension. I and many other of my friends have had a very very bad experience with max speeding rods I’d just be careful. Also there’s a cheap braking alternative that runs like a brembo system for brakes on Amazon
@@malaki4519 I have brembos and the stopcentric brake like kit, I removed the stock brembos because I had 17” wheels on it to move it around the shop and the brembos were too large. I am not going to go air ride but I agree the bmr are good products. This project has been in the back of the shop not getting attention but soon as I’m don’t on the chevelle I’ll get back to it
Love how the build of 69 Mustang is coming along very nicely
Definitely sounds better now.
Make sure you check the drive shaft mid bearing if it is good because it would not be fun to change it after everything is back into place.😊
@@dlfabrications that’s for sure. I have a 1 piece driveshaft for the car once it gets closer to time to install it
nice

@@Headcase650 this is not permanent, it’s a mock up, I’m not using these. Also has to have flex pipe at ends where tips moi t bit not in the video
All of your suspension towers line up with the 2010-2014 right?
@@malaki4519 same from 05-14
@@1194videoI would definitely swap to bmr in the future. Max speeding rods is known for being terrible. I’d be interested in sponsoring some
