    This is an absolutely beautiful recreation! It really brings to life - at least the walled area - of Edoras. Great work and I can't wait to see more from you. There's just something about Middle Earth that really inspires the imagination. I think it's time to buy more LOTR figures, starting with Rohan and Isengard.

    Awesome man, but we miss out on key details when the camera pulls so far away and fast forwards. I understand you have to do that for time, but zooming in and show how to do the details, even just for a moment is crucial for a tutorial.

    • @Zorpazorp
      @Zorpazorp  6 лет назад +4

      BasicallyD&D thanks man you raise a great point. Yeah I'm editing on a big 4k monitor so often I'm worried I'm not zoomed in enough. I'll try and grab lots for juicy closeups for the next installment. Any particular part specifically? Maybe the static grassing? I think I had the build pretty well covered.

    You gotta show close ups of the work, like just drybrushing one detail, so that the viewer can extrapolate what you are doing to the rest.

    Just watching the burial clips you showed, even without the audio, gave me the chills. The lord of the rings series was done so well and the hobbit was complete shit. They need to be remade.

      Elias Harben That would be hilarious, I've often thought about doing some games combining LEGO Lotr sets and SBG, would make for a good laugh :D I think the gatehouse set is Helm's Deep isn't it?

      They sure could, it only has a stone foundation. In fact Dunlendings caused some pretty series damage when they laid siege to Edoras in the year Third Age 2758, in fact the actually held the city for some time whilst Rohan loyalists fled to Helm's Deep awaiting aid from Gondor and other Rohan forces who had taken refuge in Dunharrow.
