Grilling fish has always been one of my favorite ways to prepare it. One tip I would add is to really know your grill. I was visiting my mom once for Christmas and my grandma was also there, and I grilled some very expensive tuna on my mom's very expensive (read: high BTU output) grill. Long story short, the temp was too high and most of the fish went past where I wanted it to be. I served my grandma the best piece and the rest of us enjoyed what was left.
Thank you for your great tips! Just bought a Cobb Grill as it uses a minimal of briquettes and I have enjoyed grilling for my husband although I have to use a walker/wheelchair while cooking but I enjoy being outdoors. Now that the "grilling" will be my thing then I am searching for grilling videos and found yours. I’ll be looking at your other videos too. New subscriber too.😊

Thanks!
I never flip my fish if it has skin.
Just grill skin side down until done and it always comes out great.
