I can’t hear everything Hallie said either, but all I heard was “But never with...” and then I don’t understand the rest. I’m not even sure if I heard that correctly, so hopefully someone with a better ear than I could respond to this.
This was cut because the whole point was that she was in hurry to get home to meet her mother, so having her stop to meet the queen first didn't make sense.
This was a nice scene, but I see why it was deleted. It would completely upstage the rest of the movie and even Hallie would make a bigger deal of meeting Her Majesty than she would meeting her mother.
What I love about this scene is that it shows Halley is still Halley even when she is trying to be Annie. Just like Annie could not hide her excitement when she met her dad as Halley.

cute scene, but... it would slow the film down, especially if this happened on the way home from the airport. at that point, (if it would have been), we'd just want her to meet her mum. she would still be intent on being her sister, and certainly wouldn't tell her real name to a guard, but might forget herself in front of the queen. of course i do feel sorry for the queen look alike, having her part cut from the film.
If the first guard heard her they would have figured real fast she was in the country illegally. Then not only would Nick and Elizabeth be pulling their hair out. So would customs on both sides of the world. Surprising their parents? Like Muhammad Ali said they stunned the world.

Violently too i might add seeing as she is standing where the queen will be in 10 seconds and nobody is allowed that close to the queen especially not standing in front of the guards protecting her. Also when she faint she touch 2 guards and that too is a big no no. Try to touch one and see what happens.

I could have seen the queen if I really wanted.She was here in Virginia to have the 400th annivesary of Jamestown,the first English colony in America in 1607..In 1976 she spoke in Williamsburg,Va,for our bicentennial but I didn't think to drive down there from Richmond.This is not meant to be a snub.
To be honest, this made absolutely No sense! Not only did it take away from the point of the story but this was set way too easy for any random person traveling to London to meet the queen xD

@Olguitacocodrilo Most deleted scenes are just that because of time constraints, bloopers, and budget. This was most likely not the only deleted scene. Personally, I think that they should have left this scene in and took out the golf cart scene.

I know it’s been a while but now i know what Hallie says at 9:00. If you’re interested, she says: “but never with short hair and pierced ears”.
This was cut because the whole point was that she was in hurry to get home to meet her mother, so having her stop to meet the queen first didn't make sense.

I don't understand why this scene was deleted, it's lovely and wonderful, i love this.
