Only recently was able to add a few seedlings of (future) dark leafed beauties, but cannot wait to expand the collection more (when hopefully prices come down some lol) 🖤🥰

I’m so blessed here in Kelowna, I just can’t see any benefit to buying online, I just wait, and I’ll find all my wishlist plants locally for way cheaper than online, plus no shipping, just found an anthurium Vittarifolium for 16$ and the fall sales allow me to buy expensive plants at huge discounts cause alot of places close their greenhouses for winter, my big Hoya callistophylla (6in) was 7.97!! I’m also not into cabinets 🤷♀️ if a plant can’t survive in ambient humidity in my care then it’s not for me, I want easy access to all my babies, however, I wanna build a big heated greenhouse in the back yard 🤷♀️

I have a thrips infestation, so I cleared it out and sprayed them down with Bios, but I want to clean the inside and hopefully kill any that are crawling around. Thanks for all of your content! 😋💚
I take them to the bathroom and use a sponge and dish soap to scrub them, and then spray the walls/floor of the cabinet with a multi surface cleaner. Hard to get into all the crevices 😩

Oh I’ve heard. Of the Hoya Lima silver. I’ve seen it on Etsy. It’s a pretty Hoya. I almost got one, I’ll have to try again. It was bought out from under me.
I bought a manjula today. Was looking for a year! I wanted to buy 2 but 22 for 3 vines, I just couldn’t. So I brought it home and immediately propagated and put under a grow light.
My partner doesn't care about my plants either hahaha but i still insist "look at this new leaf!" "smell this hoya flower!" "have you ever seen anything this cool?" 😂

Don’t be surprised if the first leaf or 2 that the Argentea Princess throws is reverted! Thats super common but in my experience the variegation always comes back 😊

The hypolasia reminds me of my clemmensorium and I would recommend the Hoya clemmensorium in over the moon that I finally have one!
