Juan TY for another great video. honestly You Tube never alerts me of your viseos but i am vigilant and keep a eye out because your videos are great learning TY BRO for your time and sharing your expertise i am positive you re saving me much time and problems!
Awesome tip. I was wondering if you could do a video lining up a left chest. I really want to see the stretch the mesh on the frame. I bought some material to do one but haven,t got my hands on it yet.
Ive been thinking of buying a press like yours. Seeing your issue with the radius in the press, i have a easy fix for you. I have a manual mill. Couldnt i just machine the radius out, then cut a slight undercut? Cant waite to see how you streched your own frames. I just threw away 3 frames that have cuts in the screen
antec tracer is the name and yes you can get parts for it. call Dave Peterson at ANTEC 464-979-2626 tell him Juan cortez from liberty graphic designs sent you LOL maybe he'll give me a discount on and antec legend I'm trying to buy from him LOL thank you for watching
@@LibertyGraphicDesigns so I was looking at this video and noticed the design positive you want to print on the backside of the shirt. The registration marks on the film you aligned them with the lines on your pallet that says “back”. So from that line (which is same height as the reg. marks) down to the design is 4 inches?
I have a question, Do you think that i should make a few shirts for demonstration and so people can see the material of the shirts and printing that i do? i do it from my house and I get some sells but i dont have much room in my house.
hey Jose! thank you for watching! yes you can as long as you don't give your work away for free unless you're trying to promote your self (advertise your business) and if you're going to give it away don't just give it to anyone... choose an strategic person to give it to. for example when I was starting around 10 years ago I gave a soccer uniform to a goaly with my logo on it my wife got mad at me and two weeks later he 3 teams came to me asking for uniforms... I sold 75 uniforms at $30 a piece!! that was my first big sell!!! I kept on giving my friend a new uniform every season for about 5 to 6 years after that I sold to 26 soccer teams per season and all I invested was a $20 dollar uniform. do your very best and let your work speak for its self!!!
just found your channel with in the last hour or so and youve helped me with more than i could ever ask for. keep on grinding
THANK YOU, EXCELLENT INFO. . . . . KISS::::Keep it simple, SMART! HAPPY NEW YEAY 2023

Awesome tips man! Thanks!
Thanks, I am just starting to build my screen printing process!
Do you always place the registration marks in the same place? Is there a certain distance you have them from the actual design?
i have that same machine need to know the name of it and if theirs any way to get parts for it.

thanks there nice video
Kick ass video
Great tip!
Awesome info....
Maybe you can rewrite detailed measurement in the description, gaes.
How do you place your registration marks against your design? How far down from the marks should the design start?
So from the collar down you want to be 4 inches down and 4 inches over

Juan, what size pallets you use?
16x20
Liberty Graphic Designs gracias Juanito! ✌🏽
Wouldn't it be better to register all the films to screens on the same pallet and not register to different pallets or did I misunderstand you?
I only used one pallet what I meant by "all pallet" is that you make your "lines on all pallets.
Good stuff man, thanks
Good video carnal. What's the name of the plastic?? Also what size do I cut them??
Kadoe Loks corrugated plastic
Liberty Graphic Designs 🤟🏾 gracias
