      I think that was the biggest issue I had growing up in Goa was that no one shared what they knew..
      making it so that you had to work with one of them to pick up something.
      so if you never did then you got nothing. lol
      the more people making the stuff we all enjoy the higher the chance we get to find the things we like the most & develop them.

    I'm going to sound like an asshole but, I like how you present the material straight to the point, at a not-a-newbie level, some other channels would start explaining stuff that a lot of people already know along the way ( and a lot of people don't ) making their video 3 or 4 times longer.

    Nice one! The only issues of these techniques is having to remove the bad wavetables but it's what it takes to get nice and gritty leads lol

      yeah it is tedious, however sometimes you get lucky and get mostly good tables!

    Great tutorial, could it be loaded directly into serum or is any special processing done in vital? Thanks

    • @MuteProduction
      @MuteProduction  2 года назад +1

      You can load straight to serum but i recommend saving the table in vital, then load it into serum. Essentially Vital (usually) knows what pitch the source is and does a good job of slicing the cycles.

    how do you delete the stuff that i dont want from serum wavetables?

    • @MuteProduction
      @MuteProduction  3 года назад

      select the tables you don’t want and click the ‘-‘ button, alternatively you can select the ones you don’t want and click ‘add/remove’ then click ‘delete multiselection’

  • @PspiralifeTutorials
    @PspiralifeTutorials 2 года назад

    Awesome technique! It the part I don’t understand is… why import the recording into vital in the first place?
    Does it change the wavefile when you export it in a necessary way compared to just importing the original recording directly into serums wavetable editor?
    Thanks

    • @MuteProduction
      @MuteProduction  2 года назад +2

      If you try it out you will see why :) Essentially Serum can’t detect the window size, whereas Vital can, so once you’ve imported your file into vitals oscillators the file gets imparted with the window size, making it ready for use in any wt synth :)
