Do you think the 2021/22s are built Better ?? Or is it unit by unit 50/50? When I bought my truck other was certainly I guess . Assumed the truck would be decent. It’s the hybrid model that had issues ! I wised up to .. Intimate green thing theory. Sure the recalls have been addressed ! But the truck has been pretty good !

One dealership told me price protection only came with a vehicle order that out a deposit down. Without deposit, no price protection. Sounds like that was not true.
Well it is true. Because if you dont order and dont put a deposit down nithing guarantees you will be getting one. Remember Ford is making 120000. Of these so each dealer can only get 35 so mostly people who order are guaranteed one. If some one backs out of an order it will play to dealers favor because it opens the doors to mark up.
What is truly sad about this, is back in the day, you could order a Ford regardless of the time of year with an 8 week turnaround. What Ford is doing today is absolute nonsense.
Just commenting here to say thanks to Tim for so thoroughly going over each maverick trim level for the 2024 model as well as the tips at the end of each video of what to ask the dealer. This past Saturday I sat down with my salesperson at Newins Bay Shore Ford and went over exactly what I wanted (lariat, azure grey, BAP, and floor mats) keeping in mind to leave of optional equipment to speed up the build. Got my email from Ford late Monday night that she (Kez) got my order in. So shoutout to Kez from Newins Bay Shore Ford and thanks again to Tim! And now I wait lol
Dec 2023-Are MY24 Maverick order banks still open? How can I ensure my dealers does not add an adjustment or accessories (no price increase) when order arrives. Thanks.
I ordered a 24 Hybrid and added the tailgate lock option. Is this a dealer or factory add on option. If it's a dealer, I'll drop it as I don't want to incur any delays in the order build. It was not covered in your presentation, so I thought I would ask. Thanks

Any idea why ford removed the colour changing ambient lighting and keeping only blue? And will ford ever bring them back on higher end cars like the expedition??

Well is does seem rather obvious Ford can not meet demand for the Maverick and has raised prices to literally gouge people who stsay on to order and to scare away everyone else. Well I have removed the Ford Maverick from my list, it is no longer an economical choice. Ford needs to realize real fast it was the low price that drove people to this model! The other is it is a manageable size! Do you realize the overall dimensions of the Maverick are larger than the full size pick up truck of the 60's/70's! and yet they call it small!

In 2024, the Lariat Luxury, Co-Pilot 360, and Co-Pilot 360 Assist+ Packages are now standard or required.

Yes they are open. Make sure you ask and get it in writing.

Do you think the SIBL could be deleted? I’m not a fan and I have a concern that it will be a constraint since all Lariat’s will have them.

No, Tremor has Mac Towing of 2000 lbs. Can't add Tow package.

Private offer is based on the 23MY order so you can order whatever you want in 24MY. The private offer will be applied to you 24MY price at delivery.

FYI, for 2023 The BAP said it came with black door handles, but it actually didn't. At least my Lariat did not.
I think it might have been a job 2 switch for 23MY. I thought that some of the first had it.

Lariat gets power seats and the XLT with Lux has power seats

Coded Key? does the Lariat have a key? I thought they came with the Key Fob.......
The key is a backup and slides out of the fob.
