Enjoyed your camp. Looked like you had some timeouts to kick back a bit and the manta rain tarp was a surprise. You had rain but no big wind thank goodness. Neat chairs with more back/ head support. I was hoping you would comment and compare with the other chair you used in the past. Maybe you had. I watch episodes in no ordered timeline. I'm just happy there are a lot of them because I love watching your channel and seeing all the gear you try out. Thanks for sharing the great info ! 😊

Lighting, cooking, what to do when "camping" during power outages, is all in credit to you. Thank you!

When I was a kid in the '50s everybody ate tongue. Grannies would boil it up (simmer it I suppose) for hours. Then when it was cool, it was sliced fairly thin, and we'd eat it on sandwiches with English mustard. You know, the hot stuff! Thank goodness you didn't have tripe. I actually used to eat that -another favourite of my family's. I ate anything I was given when I was a kid, as I was always hungry. Tongue brings back memories of Sunday teatimes!

But what is tongue except for muscle? The skin gets peeled off once it is cooked; you don't eat that. It is no different from other muscle meats, just more tender, I find.
It is quite tender and tasty when in the aromatics as Andy did. I also like it when cooked in red wine.

I just want to say thank you for turning me on to the Flextailgear MP2 Pro air pump that I’ve seen you use on your videos. I ordered one recently after we had a disastrous deflation in the middle of the night when my husband accidentally kicked open the deflate valve of our double-size air mattress and I ended up sleeping with no padding because I didn’t feel like getting out of bed and digging through our stuff to get out the inflation bag the mattress came with. The MP2 pro arrived yesterday and we tried it out on our air mattress and it worked like a charm! Keep up the great videos, and especially the campfire food. You are so lucky that you don’t need to worry about bears and cougars invading your camp at night.

Hey Andy, I was warned off buying an Afghan pressure cooker because of high levels of lead found in certain components of the traditional pots. Not sure about yours, but something to be aware of. On a nicer note, im loving the channel and the episode! Thank you for the content and keeping me interested in bushcrafting.

There are testers available to test for lead in paint. I expect that they would also work on the inner pressure cooker surfaces.

you did not set it up right but from what I can tell this is a multi-function tarp
    it's more like a pup-tent or hammock-tent
this looks like it would be good with one of their bug-net inners
interested to see if the 2-person mesh inner works with this
from what I can tell the tarp might be a bit short for that

The Afghan pressure cookers are super cool. But can contain high quantities of lead :-/ so, be mindful of that..

Now we find ourselves waiting to see what you're eating that night 🤣😂🤣😂 and love the beers, if you can tell us how the beers taste, that would be cool.. I still can't believe you're eating a tongue?? I can't miss this!! I don't know anyone that eats that!! This is going to be so much fun to watch😂😂😂😂 love the channel. ,

Ok, that has to be the craziest tarp I've seen ,but I kinda like it. Very cool pressure cooker there. Bet it was a bit weighty to carry. It's been many years since I've had tongue. A bit mind over matter to eat ,lol ,but if you can get past it , a very tasty meal
