I wear shorts under dresses to prevent thighs rubbing together skin to skin, which is considered tight clothing. If I wear loose clothing pants will run up between thighs and still cause friction. Yes, particularly with HQ option. I suggest starting 2-3x a week and going up as tolerated. Applying anti fungal powder helps a lot as a maintenance
