I use brahmi in my rice water treatments, and I also partner brahmi with henna, cassia, and aloe Vera powder as an occasional hair treatment.

Your Ayurveda series were 🔥🔥!!! Thank you!! I’ve been using Ayurvedic ingredients for the past 2 months and have noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. I love making my own stuff. Your videos always give the “WHY” and I was the kids who asked my parents why ALL the time! Lol
I am so loving this ayurvedic series, infact I have been using all the powders in my hair since I went back natural; over five years now and I love them. But your series have been giving me specific insight into their individual uses. As always YOU ROCK!😘😘😘😘 thanks for sharing. I wonder which powder is next😃 oh well i'll just wait and see✌👏👍

Great Work, intelligently done as always. Thank you for your sharing, I'm sure a lot of work goes in to your presentations. Long story short I'm 69.3 years old. Post menopausal and have the family gene of Androgenic Alopecia. Couple that with 67.9 years of NOT knowing nor understanding my hair. I just did what I saw other people do. Perm it and cut it. switch back and forth between straight & natural. Having short hair all my life at 68.9 years I decided to grow my hair out. Decimated crown and all. Since September 2016 I made a LOT of mistakes some exacerbated the alopecia issue. Took me 1.2 year's to learn MY SCALP and how to "appreciate" my thin 4c++ (lol). BAM! In comes Ayurveda and PATIENCE. Now people are surprised that I'm beginning to grow in edges and recover my hair even in the smooth places the DHT left on my scalp. Thanks!!~!!
Elmira Elmore. I'm older than you and my hair growth is slower than a snail. Hair growth slows down with age. I'm recently turning to aurveda also. Hope we both achieve great benefits.
I have bought all these powders and herbs just pacing myself to use them months at a time! My hair is still neck length but gorgeous strong and healthy on account of these natural treatments!! Thanks to you who have gone out and made these videos for us to learn
Hello GreenBeauty, will you do a video on how to tell the real aryuvedic powders and herbs from fake ones or include this information at the end of one of the upcoming videos please? I really appreciated when you did it on your henna video and I know a lot of other people did too. You are my hair mentor by the way. You are seriously improving the health of my hair and I use the information I learn from you on my daughter's hair too.
Coming across your channel is a breath of fresh air and the way i would have wanted to start a youtube channel on natural hair care. I am mentally ready to consolidate and reduce all my products and work on my essential haircare routine to get my tresses long and strong again. i have already ordered the protein treatment and can't wait to make the onion juice and homemade ACV - i use so much ACV, you are saving me LOT of money! God Bless you my fellow naija sis!
