I always learn so much from watching your videos, as a starting point to begin my own research and build a natural hair regimen. Thank you for sharing the knowledge. I read Oat Straw was supposed to be a good herb for dry hair. Have you heard much about it or used it?
Thank for confirming what I suspected about the use of Brahmi. God bless.
Coming across your channel is a breath of fresh air and the way i would have wanted to start a youtube channel on natural hair care. I am mentally ready to consolidate and reduce all my products and work on my essential haircare routine to get my tresses long and strong again. i have already ordered the protein treatment and can't wait to make the onion juice and homemade ACV - i use so much ACV, you are saving me LOT of money! God Bless you my fellow naija sis!

Wow what a great Video, thank you so much GreenBeauty.
I don't comment often, but just want to say how much I enjoy your videos. Thank you for you careful study and research, and creative ways of sharing information.
I use brahmi in my rice water treatments, and I also partner brahmi with henna, cassia, and aloe Vera powder as an occasional hair treatment.
Kelli K. Baptist do you strain the powders or leave it in the mixture?
i3abikay it depends on which one you mean. The henna/cassia/aloe Vera powder/fenugreek mask, no straining. The rice water, yes. After it's fermented I strain and just use the liquid. I do rice water between my shampoo (or clay wash) and conditioner.
Hi i3abikay? I don't use white rice. Is brown rice okay too?
Deirdre I use Brown rice too--from my research it doesn't matter.
Kelli K. Baptist sorry for confusion. I was wondering about the brami in the rice water. So you strain the rice first and then add the powder or add the powder in with rice and water, and then strain after it ferments?
Great video and love the journal references!
I really love your channel and all the important information you give thank you so much 😊
Thank you so much for this video. 😍💕😍. I found it very informative and love they way the video is so visual!
Enjoyed this video. Thank you ❤️
Your channel is so cool! Loved this video, it's super-interesting! Love your voice and diction!💗
I am so loving this ayurvedic series, infact I have been using all the powders in my hair since I went back natural; over five years now and I love them. But your series have been giving me specific insight into their individual uses. As always YOU ROCK!😘😘😘😘 thanks for sharing. I wonder which powder is next😃 oh well i'll just wait and see✌👏👍
Suzie Jaye Morning, how often do you use the powder, can i use them every week?
Same here lady I’m into my second year in this journey and am so happy I made the decision to go natural!
Methi and fenugreek is the same thing. Methi means fenugreek in hindi language.
Yeah. I'm willing to bet she meant to say maka/bhringraj (which is my favourite Ayurvedic herb besides amla, so I hope she does!).
Megha Bhatti I use fenugreek with flax seeds in my hair, also drink fenugreek for my asthma.
Hello GreenBeauty, will you do a video on how to tell the real aryuvedic powders and herbs from fake ones or include this information at the end of one of the upcoming videos please? I really appreciated when you did it on your henna video and I know a lot of other people did too. You are my hair mentor by the way. You are seriously improving the health of my hair and I use the information I learn from you on my daughter's hair too.
Thank you Green beauty for all you do for us❤️
Wow, great preparation

Great information! I use grapeseed oil as a facial cleanser. It cleared up the darkening of my skin, acne and eczema patches that I occasionally get. Think I'll try the brahmi next.
I have seen Brahmi so many times back home in our garden and mistook it for weeks. Wow, the more you know.
Beautiful video and explaination
Love, love, love these ayurveda videos, I've been using ayurveda for a few years now and the difference in my hair is amazing.

Thank you! I have a habit of being drawn to herbs and oils and then end up with a collection and dont remember what I got it for. Brahmi is one of those herbs.
