Sounds very healthy ! Looks great 👍 I just picked up a 1986 D150 Ram , super straight and clean body not a speckle of rust , all in tact and original .That’s half the battle right there , nothing needs to be done with the body . Has a 318 and a 727 ( factory tow package truck ) but I just found an old 383 / 727 that was said to be pulled from a 71’ Challenger that I’m rebuilding to drop in the truck . And so the fun begins , I’m stoked 😎
my dad used to have a 73 d100, was manual 3 shift at the steering but he converted it to floor with 2 shifters all homemade, 1st and reverse was on 1 stick, 2nd and 3rd on the 2nd one. it was pretty unique
Gorgeous truck! I just bought a '74 with a 360 from an 02 Durango and B100 van suspension for lowering. Interior from a newer Ram which looks way out of place. Love the roll pan and the wheels.
I really like the old D 100s the style was attractive, they are very underrated, make great projects, and even tho I'm a Chevy guy, I would absolutely love a D 100, and may try one soon
@@dubsworld are restoration parts a little hard to find and fair price? I'm use to classic Chevy and parts are easy to find but getting expensive, but i really have my sights set on a dodge truck project next as long as I can find stuff.
@@freedomisntfree2089 parts can be hard to find . Even buying the right truck. Lots of them are super beat up nowadays . Even this one is far from perfect . Very far . But it’s all a dream to one day be finished ! It’s all patience and enjoying it on the way ! I think if you want one to go out and get it man ! 💪🏼
@@dubsworld I was usually doing square body's and c 10s but man those things have hit a popular boom and prices are insane, just need something new and fresh to do, dodge caught my full attention. And yea my search is on, thanks for your advice bud..
i want one atm looking at a 88 and i have a 67 440 as i have 7 blocks just there id like to swap into it as tribute to my dad he never had one but he always loved mopars which he has his 71 challengers.. id like a dart or challenger but those are super hard to find ..i like the appearance of the trucks
