Have you "certified" any of your documents ? If yes any kind of ID ?
It's confusing, on some pages the gov said: "you do not need to have any documents certified"(on gov website / step by step / gather docs / translate )
Under the "?" on immi online, they are saying "please provide a certifed copy of XXX".
What did you do in your case ?

Certified documents only the form 888, while the others if they’re scanned in colour, no need to be certified. If they are copied, then scanned, then they need to be. I hope it helps.
Do they ask you to submit all the documents (a joint bank account rented in my name and my wife’s name) or do you just do everything in the beginning and do they not ask you to continue the relationship?

May I ask if this is correct: 1) the sponsor submitted his sponsorship application via his own immi account without attaching any documents, and 2) all sponsor’s documents including ID, statements are submitted via the visa applicant’s immi account - in your case, under your account.

Hello Reni, I've got a question about joint bank account. If we haven't made our joint bank account and we are planning to do after we lodged the visa, do you think that will be a problem to the visa application at all? and can I update them our joint bank account later?
We also don't have any legal joint documents together besides our transactions to each other but we have explained that in the letter, do you think that will be any problem at all?
I think the more evidence you provide the better. If you can have joint acc before lodging the visa, would be good. If you make joint acc after lodging, as long as you can show transactions there after a few months, you can upload it as well.

I think i’ve mentioned all on my videos. you can start the application and fill all the information needed, it doesn’t have to be all at once. You can always save and continue another time. You can submit and pay when you are ready and have all the information.

I uploaded mine after a few weeks. I’m nor sure about the new application if it’s the same or has changed.

Not yet but Im done uploading the 80 form. What Im confused about now is creating an account for my sponsor as when I tried to create one for him last night i came across with this statement you need to tick, and it says something like purchase. Made me thing if he's got to pay for creating an immi accoint form him or does it cost to create one for him.

You only need to fill the application form, all documents including yours will be uploaded on applicant’s immi account under your folder. What need to be uploaded are listed on the immi account.

Hi there, why not using your current immi account? You should ask your agent for the access. However, if the agent didn’t want to give you the access, creating a new one should be ok, you will need to attach your TV600 later on.
you can import your tv600 from agent directly into your acc.

Partner’s docs should be uploaded on yours but under his part.

You need to submit application first
is it worth getting a immigration laywyer to do it ? how much was it to apply ? other than the 8000$ fee after the first application
if your case is straight forward, better do it yourself. Imigration agency will ask you to provide the documents, they will upload it for you which you can upload yourself.

Do applicants and sponsors need to submit at the same time? All required documents must be prepared before submission? How long after submission do all documents have to be uploaded?
@@ngocsfamily submission doesn’t have to be at the same time, my partner submitted his a few days after I did mine.
Uploading documents can be done soon after you’ve submitted or you can do it gradually. It’s up to you. However, the sooner you complete the documents, the faster your application get approved.

Did you do seperately?
I uploaded my documents right after I’ve got my bridging. Bridging normally released 24hours after submitting the applications, if weekends, takes longer.

both have to have an immi account. you will need to submit the main application, your husband need to submit a sponsor application.

Application form MUST be submitted under applicant’s account. I mentioned that on the video. Then, you as the sponsor, need to fill application form as sponsor under your account.

My partner hasnt submitted Sponsorship application yet. I( applicant) have lodged my application already. How do my partner submit his sponsorship application?
He registered by himself, fill his application which similar as the applicant and then submit.

Just wanted to confirm if sponsor's application also had four pillars section.The one I checked today had all financial, social etc aspect too.
Also did you submit only one relationship statement under Stat Declaration or also attached separate statements for each four pillars.
@@rabinashrestha3161 If you are talking about documents and such, I only upload everything under my application. We didn’t make any stat dec, as our evidences were pretty strong.
What we did was just fill our own application, all documents uploaded under my applications, including sponsor ID’s (but under his part).
I wrote one documents about the development of the relationship. That’s it. No other statements or stat dec.

i would say marriage, as you can use as evidence.

Do we need to be 12 months married before we can process the visa?
I don’t think you need to be 12 months married, but you have to be more 12 months together or in relationship. You can register your relationship/marriage to waive the 12 months of living together

Hi Alexia, I’m not sure for the current one, but I think it can be done after submission, just like police check n medical check up. Unless there is a question on the form related to the english test.

I guess the current one still the same. I am now in the part of uploading documents. Where one of it mention of “proof of English ability” is it means I have to take English test (example like IELTS, etc.) for the visa as well? To be uploaded.

Whatever the condition or length of the relationship, sponsor has to create an immi account and submit application as sponsor.
In addition, you will need to be at least 12 months living together, or you can register your relationship to waive it.

Apply for the subclass 309/100. The process will take depends on how fast you complete the applications, if you have enough evidences and everything needed for the visa.
The documents and evidences basically similar with the 820/801, the difference is only that 309/100 is applied offshore (outside australia).

Yes you can, make sure to have good evidence that she will go back to Vietnam, as visitor visa is for visiting. The imigration need to be convinced that she will go back to Vietnam, not staying in Au longer.
