One thing I would like to ask is, for translating police check in other languages into English, do we need to use NAATI (national accreditation authority for translators) to translate? If not in the case, how did you translate you home country's police check into English? Thanks in advance!!
Hi Rebecca, I believe you have to use NAATI. The police check in my front my country is written in English, it’s the type for Visa applications, not just a normal police check.

Ini penting buat saya dan partner ,karena kami sebenarnya tidak ingin ada ikatan pernikahan even though kami udah dating 4tahun lebih
Tapi kalau bisa hemat biaya kuliah ,mungkin visa 820 bisa jadi pilihan
(saya rencana kuliah di bidang kesehatan soalnya )
Atau mungkin bisa jadi pertimbangan untuk jadi pembahasn di next video ,apa benefit yang di dapat dengan mengajukan visa 820/801?

Also for my my husband, Australian, is a fifo worker, so he will have 2 weeks at work. Was wondering also if he can do the police check 2 weeks or a month before applying. Thanks a lot.
Hi there, you can get the police check before coming here, however SKCK only valid for 6 months, so if within 6 months the immi officer didn’t open your application, you will need to apply for another one when they ask.
I would suggest you to apply SKCK when you’re here, I have a contact person for that.
I don’t understand about the Fifo worker thing.
For Australian police check, you can apply online, doesn’t have anything to do with work. I would suggest you to apply close before applying or after submitting the application

To apply for a partner visa does do i have to apply from an Immi account, or does my partner have to apply from his accounts.
Your partner has to apply through his account as the ‘applicant’, you also need to submit your application as ‘sponsor’

Hi, if you are providing joint account, no need to provide personal account. Unless you also transfer money to each other using personal accounts.

yes. you and your partner should have each different immi account. application must be submitted under applicant account. sponsor must submit different application on your account with reference numbers from submitted application from applicant’s account.
@wandersally thank you for the response Sally. Can you please make a screen recording of how to do that. I have applied for my partner's visa through my own immi account and paid the fee too. I am the sponsor. I dont understand which other option to select.

Kalo ikut jadi dependent visa ga bisa, suami harus urus visa sendiri. WHV ini hanya untuk single applicant.

Applicant, but sponsor need to submit the application as well.

Hi Wandersally, how did you attach doccuments not over 5MB? My documents some are about 24 MB😳
resize PDF, use Adobe acrobat. If still large, divide it into a few files… name them as blabla1, blabla2, blabla3, etc

Hi Sally, I have a question about Form 80 Part J-Australia visa history. In question 34 Give details of current visa, What did you write in the Arrival date if you arrive here in Australia in TV 600 then after applied for PV 820? Bit confused please help.
your current visa will be TV600, because you haven’t been approved with 820.
@@wandersally hi Sally my mistake im currently in 820 and applying for 801.So from previous TV 600 I have arrival date but no departure then current 820 it says arrival date which i dont have.
