I am in a mood about Australian gov greed. Visa fees are a racket, and I don’t understand why they aren’t being sued and challenged for this greed in Australian courts.

It’s a challenging situation partner visas I’ve been in a (LDR)with my girlfriend from the Phillipines ,now I’ve considered myself in a relationship with her five years I’ve been to see her twice - due to Covid it slowed our relationship but we are planning thing together like building a house , but we don’t have a bank together we don’t share everything, I support most off her things like set her up in a unit pay sometimes daily needs , anyway it just frustrates me, I think I’ll just go live there

It's 8 years processing times now for offshore and onshore partner visa. So if you lodge a partner visa in 2023 it be 2031 when it gets finalised. They can reject it also. 42% partner visas in 2022 was rejected. I don't know what the percentage was this year. But I'm guessing it be the same. It was only 2 years processing time now it's jumped to 8 years. Good luck

Immi wont let my partner into Australia... for zero reasons, perfect applications, full sponsorship, accommodation, working all her life, professional position, had holidays, no record, plenty of money, owned 30% of unit, Daughter and family. Refused humanitarian visa as well, for basically no reason except "she wont go home", but all the others will. No one in Australia has met her, how can they. We have to now live in a war zone for near 3 years (Ukraine). All Natas friends have GONE. Her work moved way away, (600k) many left the firm, her best friends are now refugees and battling to survive, I cant speak any Ukranian so we cant really make friends esp in an active war zone. Any english speaking foreigners we meet just wont speak, WONT make a relationship, outright. I met one australian for one day and he went back to Oz. I think they MUST allow you to visit Australia with your wife so you can actually fill in an 888 !!!. Its catch 22. Its so hard in a war zone, banking is very hard, its martial law, its curfews its hardly social. Gets pretty social in the metro bomb shelters... Three months in Australia and we would have had 1000% evidence, here, very difficult. Good vid but our application is in.

What have just happened next, I have a refused tourist visa without getting a notification from Australian Immigration. The reason I found it out was the time of checking in the airport. I have a question, so I am trying to do the partner visa 309/100 but in the meantime, I wanted to see if there was a way to temporarily stay in Australia. Wow that one is processing so I was told by the embassy that I could do a visitors visa and try to see if I can get it granted up to a year so that in the meantime, while I’m visiting here, maybe the other one will get approved but in watching a lot of RUclips videos of people doing the visas a lot of people are stating that, you can’t have two visas at the same time. so one of my questions is is it possible to first submit a visitors visa to try to get it approved for a year and then before I leave out of the US is it possible to then apply for the other one that way while I’m waiting over here, it could possibly get approved and if so if it gets approved while I’m over here on a visitor visa does that mean that I can actually stay? I know That they said that if the visitor visa gets approved, you just have to look out for the 8503, which is the one that states that you can’t stay longer than what’s permitted so that’s the confusing part is if they give you that what if you have intentions to then try to move over here does that prevent you from doing that or which way do you think would be the best for me to go? I do have all the documents and stuff I need but I’m just scared that it could take a long time.😢
