Not necessarily you can have a funnel with everything in it like an upsell but most people created seperate funnels for different courses because the pages, copy messages, are different on each.
Hi again Ray, just want to verify something. You can't select either the one-time or recurring offer type if you have not integrated a payment gateway app, right? Thanks.
Hi could you help me find the email setting now? I don't see the memberships in "sites" do you know where I can find them now? Thank you for your content
That is a great question. The answer is to create a different workflow for each funnel you have. Have the trigger based upon a filter of your product sold and which funnel it was sold in. Thank you for watching.
I think a better question is this: seems as if you are creating a product in two different places…under memberships and under payments. Can you explain that a little?
Sure to sell anything in GHL you have to create the product. Once you do the product is stored in your stripe account. This tells stripe what the product is if its one time payment or recurring and how much. Once this product gets created you have to tell GHL you what product you want to sell on your funnel by adding it to the page you place the order form on. This way the funnel can connect the sale to the product to your stripe account. Hope that helps.
Im not sure what you mean exactly. You can create an email template and use that template when you give access to a course. Can you explain to me what exactly you are looking for?
@@HLGuy thanks for getting back to my comment! yeah so when a new subscriber opts into the example course that you set up in this video they receive an access code and login for joining. When I tried on my end the only email that was being sent was the receipt of purchase
@@rome_100k sounds like you did not give them access to the course offer. When someone purchases it you should have a workflow that gives them access to the offer in the membership area. When that happens the default email will be sent to them with username and password and login URL to access the course. Hope that helps.
Correct. You can have unlimited courses and offers and make each offer either free or charge for it. When the user signs up you would use a workflow to adssign the user to the offer and GHL will send them an email with their login information and the link to your client portal. PS. Get your portal setup first.
@@HLGuy Thanks Ray. Set up my portal and made my funnel but when I try to add my product/free course to the order step in my funnel, the free course I made does not show up. Did I miss something? Thanks again!
Hi again Ray. Do you need to integrate STRIPE for the product/free course to appear on a funnel's order step using a 2-step order form with the product tab?
@@JazonBastero-u3t If you are offering the course for free you don't need to use order form. Just have an opt in form and then use a workflow to assign the contact to the offer using the form submitted trigger.
@@HLGuy I set my funnel up to sell my course/ product. However, when setting up my email template I didn't see a value to send the password. I hope that helps and thanks for responding. 🙂
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Love the step by step and now I'm going to look at your membership video
You are so welcome!

AMAZING
Thank you and thanks for watching.
great video
Thank you.
Very helpful, thank you! I’m new to High Level. Wanted to know if I need to set up separate funnels for each course?
Not necessarily you can have a funnel with everything in it like an upsell but most people created seperate funnels for different courses because the pages, copy messages, are different on each.
Thank you for clarifying. So if we are creating separate funnels, we need separate subdomain for each funnel, right?
@@sumeramughal not necessary sub somains but each will need there own unique url.
Thanks Ray, great video, is it possible / easy to customize the look of the membership area as well?
You can customize the client portal login page but not within the portal.
Video suggestion: offer vs. product -- seems perplexings when to use which!
You need both. You can sell a product without creating an offer to sell it.
Hi again Ray, just want to verify something. You can't select either the one-time or recurring offer type if you have not integrated a payment gateway app, right? Thanks.
My understanding is you can't accept any payment type if CC processor has not be established.
Hi could you help me find the email setting now? I don't see the memberships in "sites" do you know where I can find them now? Thank you for your content
Membership is now its own menu option on the left site. The settings are under there.
What happens if I have different products in different landing pages, it only allows to send just 1 email template?
That is a great question. The answer is to create a different workflow for each funnel you have. Have the trigger based upon a filter of your product sold and which funnel it was sold in. Thank you for watching.
Ray what is the difference between products under the Payments section and a course product created the way you are showing?

Did you customize the email to include the membership course ID & email? My test email does not include those

@@HLGuy ok, I will try to re-create. Thanks
Hi Ray - I tried setting up the e-mail to send out after checkout but it won't include the membership email or password - any idea why this is?
GHL will send an email out once you have given access to the offer. Use a workflow to grant access to the offer after checkout.
Thanks for sharing. However, what are the steps if we offer a $1 trial for 1 week and $39 weekly thereafter?
You could offer a coupon upon signing that will reduce the $39 to $1 then bill them weekly. That should work. Thanks for watching.
Hi, can you do both free and paid courses in GHL without creating sub-account, one for free courses and another for paid courses? Thanks.
Correct. You can have unlimited courses and offers and make each offer either free or charge for it. there isn't a test option
If you are referring to test the product purchase its in the funnel settings turning the stripe mode to test.
