Love listening to you play. Damn nice Fortress you have there as well. I haven't seen too many videos on here of Flashbacks. In any case, great playing and sounds as usual
Fantastic as always. The Pickups are ….strange. But the tone is awesome. The Shape of the bass has changed much, I think with the same name to the one we have today. The woods must sound well after the years.
That is, without doubt, the greatest bass tone that I have ever heard. Kicks the snot out of a Rickenbacker or Specter any day. Wish I could find a 5 string one of those, it's a pity they were discontinued. Awesome playing dude!
C'est plus compliqué qu'une histoire de passive vs active (types de micros, position, bois... tout est très spécifique sur les Flashback) mais oui, c'est tout doux et chaud !
WarwickBassist5 It’s a 2Tek bridge. A very unique piece that’s extremely massive and goes all the way through the body. Undoubtedly a key element to the sound and sustain of this particular bass.
I've just listen 2 active WW and it has nothing comparable with your passive electronic. Better tone for the passive, in my opinion. Je viens juste d'écouter 2 WW actives et il n'y a rien de comparable avec ta passive. La tonalité de ta passive est beaucoup plus agréable à l'oreille selon moi. Gargouill d'Ob.
Looked this up bc I found one on Reverb, glad I did, sounds amazing!
Very cool!!!
I own a twin to that bass. Sounds great just like yours.

Used to have this bass...biggest regret was selling it :(

I have a 5 string but with a standard Warwick 2 piece bridge and a 4 string with the 2Tek bridge.
It's not easy to find a 5 string, but you can!
I have a red Flashback - beautiful instrument :-) I also have a Masterman and Fortress One to complete the collection :-))
Thanks Andy !
Have a look at my other Warwick-powered vids.

Your playing is great man, very unique and stylish. How do you like this bass? I am gonna pick one up shortly.
If that was green … I would rob a bank to buy one.
