Thank you so much !!! I have my computer practical exam tomorrow and I had no idea about excel but now I am pretty confident that your video will definately get me good grades 😀
I got a final tomorrow and watched like 5 videos before this. They all made it confusing and complicated. THis was straight forward and simple. Thank you!
Can you do guide videos on LIBRE OFFICE application softwares like (libre office impress, calc, base, writer etc). I think you may consider this comment and make videos on these soon bcz I’m a subscriber of your channel and I liked 👍 most of your videos 😇. Thank you 🙏
Hello is there a way to do relative references with worksheets? Let's say that I want to reference a total in A1 in worksheet May to a carryover total cell A1 in worksheet June. I can make the reference to point to 'May'!A1 in June A1 but when I make a new worksheet July and copy the worksheet from June it stays at 'May'!A1 instead of doing a relative copy of 'June'!A1.
Great question! Unfortunately excel uses sheet references as absolute. There are a couple of workarounds for this, but the easiest would be to show formulas by clicking the formula tab in your ribbon > show formulas in the formula auditing section. Then, use the control + f function to bring open the find and replace tool. Then simply type the old sheet name and replace it with the new. Takes a matter of seconds! VBA would be the other way of accomplishing but much more complex!
Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have 1536 cells I put reference to different cells but forgot to press F4 to Absolute them. Is there any way I can apply F4 to all of them in one go? Thanks
