It is facilitating greens sheets. That must be an outcome, to facilitate other services by deleting data and using of unapproved version. That is the whole start basis on the sheet. How can it be continued, whit suck smell and difficulty to understand out ?

Question: Why did the "remove duplicates" function didn't remove the David Rasmussen row, which is also repeated? I had to use Conditional Formatting to find out about it. I'm not judging I'm just truely curious to know about it.
Can this process be automated using macro?

they need a new shortcut for PASTE VALUE... I use it so often but hard to put that as a macro in the mouse hotkey or a macro in the keyboard. Only way I found is add the button to the ribbon on top, it does help make it slightly faster
I usually do ctrl+V, then ctrl, down, down and hit select. feels faster to me, though maybe that's just because I've done it for so long that I don't even think about it.
Try control C to copy then when pasting, right click and press V on your keyboard..
