  • The David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge! This one is no joke and for the people that don't know who David Goggins is, I recommend looking him up. He is a former Navy Seal, Army Ranger, ultra marathon runner, and record holder for most pull ups in 24 hours. His resume is far more impressive than what I can write in this description so take a look for yourself. Goggins is someone I look to for motivation and encouragement whenever I am down and out. I hope you enjoy seeing me go through this grueling workout over a 48 hour period.
    Rules:
Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, which equals 48 miles in 48 hours. If you can't run, you can walk, bike or ruck. You can even substitute the cardio with pushups or pullups if you need to.
    Personal Goal:
My goal was to complete each of my runs in under 40 mins, which is a sub 10 minute pace.
This is one of the toughest challenges that I have been a part of, but I must admit I enjoyed the journey of going through it. You will learn so much about yourself in a short period of time. The positive self talk that you're able to give yourself is a powerful thing. Your mind is much stronger than your body and it will push you past breaking points you never imagined to take. I am looking forward to doing this again next year!

Folks who don't make content have no idea how much harder this is recording everything. Nice work! No excuses! Nobody cares! Train harder! Peace, brother.

I've been watching a lot of your new content and had no idea you did this challenge. Fast forward 2 years later where I'm doing the challenge now and 5 legs in, seeing your video now is definitely giving me some extra motivation in the tank.

Good stuff man, I did this earlier in the year. Run 8-10 were the hardest IMO. I found this was harder than running a full marathon

how was your level at that moment bro? I am a pretty average runner rarely going beyond 10 km but running 2-3 times per week, I am trying to figure out if it is possible with just two months of preparation
