Why I Started Running Long Distance | Perspective & Tips

Being a former Division 1 football player, we normally don't train for long endurance cardio. After I got done playing football, I never thought I would even get into training for long runs, but after reading David Goggins book "Can't Hurt Me," I started to tap into things I did not enjoy to do. After watching this video you will understand more about how I changed my relationship with long endurance cardio and how I believe anyone can do the same.
