100 percent, definitely the best Travel Man clip. I couldn't breathe, my ribs were sore from laughing so much. Didn't help I kept replaying it over and over.

I want to meet Richard. I don't want to say anything. I don't want him to sign anything. I don't want a picture. I simply want him to look at me with a disconnected stare, with no emotion, as if thinking "why is this guy standing looking at me"... and then we walk away in total silence. That would make me smile inside.

I went to that ice cream place in Venice (the one with Jo Brand) specifically because of Travel Man and the people in the queue in front of us, were also there because of this programme! I had Turmeric ice cream...it was amazing!
did you know that tumeric can treat and even cure all human ailments and diseases?
@@shinget I did! A friend of mine told me all about this about 20 years ago. Only found out recently though, that you should mix it with black pepper (3:1) as the black pepper contains an ingredient that activates the good stuff in the turmeric. Just hearsay of course, I have no idea if it's true.

I went to Rome in 2006. Within 3 hours after landing, my host took me to Tazza D’Oro (the last place featured in this video). Without exaggeration, literally every Roman I met for the rest of that trip asked me if I had been to Tazza D’Oro yet. Sometimes just a couple minutes after meeting. Nobody asked if I had seen the Colosseum, or the Pantheon, or the Vatican... I had even accidentally seen the Pope on my first day there, but nobody cared.
