It can be a lot of things, it depends on where it's made, how it's made, what quantities were purchased and what marketing spend went into it. It's really a layer cake of stuff. But usually if you're paying wages in the EU or USA, ordering small amounts of textile and hardware, and your design is complex or has many steps, then it really adds up!
