    Sleep is a huge one, honestly probably the one I feel like people struggle with the most, including myself. What are your thoughts on naps or "catching up" on sleep on weekends?

      Some people need naps and that's great. Other people can go without naps. It's really whatever you feel that your body needs. My only caveat would be don't nap so much or so late where it will affect your normal nighttime sleep routine. Catching up on sleep on the weekends is normal at first, but eventually if we're able to get good sleep every night during the week, we shouldn't need to "catch up" on the weekends anymore. All we can do is try our best and listen to our bodies. Thanks for the great question!
