Is it hard buttercream or medium buttercream that you use for piping flowers?

Might be helpful to name the tip used. Thought maybe you said it but volume was turned all the way up. I have never used a piping bag or tips and have no clue which was used.

Buttercream made out of butter, icing sugar, milk, vanilla extract so first you have to mix the butter until the butter is a bit white then you put in 3 cups of icing sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk and mix altogether after you put 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract then mix well and done now you can put the cream on top of your cupcakes and cakes thanks this recipe was tried for your notice🧈🍰🧁🍦
