I use a tilt shift lens for a lot of my landscape photography for great depth of field.
    Nice presentation
    Thank you

Tilt shift lenses can be very useful. Thanks for watching and for your comment!

Me too. Shift is also handy for straightening trees in woodland if shooting from a low angle.

Good three points Wayne. With DOF being my big bugbear and as I haven't blended an image as yet it's not something I would have thought about but worth keeping in mind for the future.
Lovely end result and the sharpness in the rocks from front to back add to the image. ♥️

Thanks very much Fiona. Yes it’s something to keep in mind, in most cases it’s quite easy to do and it works very well when you can’t get the desired results in one shot.

I can really appreciate your choices and how you're achieving what you take back to your editing bay. Outstanding result, too! However, I would love to see your process during editing and how you obtain your final outcome. Also, are you wondering if the new Fuji XT-5 might be of interest to you?

Thanks very much I’m glad you enjoyed my video! I wanted to concentrate on the on-location part as I felt it is most important and that there were some points I could cover that are not always discussed. If I included editing the video would be very long but more importantly I’d just be covering what is already available In thousands of other dedicated editing videos. Also I was aware that not everyone will use the software that I use so thought it best that anyone who doesn’t know the software techniques could find tutorials appropriate to their choice of software. I understand your point but I hope that makes sense. As for the X-T5 yes it definitely interests me but because of my needs the X-H line also could be suitable so I’ll be making a tough choice at some point! Thanks and best wishes.
