Does anyone else find that when there's subtitles, even if the audio is crystal clear, you can't help but stare at the subtitles as well whilst watching :D
First star wars game I've played. It was so epic. The music, the combat, and most importantly to me the story. Highly recommend. The narrative team did great work. As a player who loves those little stories and bits of lore you get like in dark souls I loved it.
i'm already the type of person to really appreciate the details, and i loved this game. i explored as much of it as possible on my own, and i love alot of the level design, and there's so many great artistic decisions that really work for this game. they really wanted to sell the experience, and they did great! this game is very immersive, aside from a few small visual glitches i experienced, but they were not deal breakers. they were very minor and they never interrupted my experience.
everyhthing in the game felt like it had purpose, it felt like they did everything right with the tone. i absolutely loved the music and i feel like it always fit. all the upgrades feel like they have a purpose and it feels rewarding without being too much. i just wish there were some more original lightsaber desings. it's really cool that they are based on the saber parts from savi's workshop in galaxy's edge, but i wanted some more options that I've never seen before. i still loved the customization. it did feel like a little too much to just get all the crystal colors at once. i would have loved having to find them, perhaps treated like secrets such as the healing pod upgrades and the force/health upgrades.
Finally a quality Star Wars game. I hope EA keeps this going and releases more quality story driven games like this in the future. They can do a whole series of games that take place in various different time periods of the Star Wars universe and focus on different characters.
Man this game was great, and Jedi Survivor has been even better. Sucks that its having some issues for people on PC, but I'm sure it'll get patched soon. Thanks Respawn and team for making an awesome sequel!!
amazing documentary as a game design student seeing the coheasion between the different sections actually helped alot in terms of understanding how the workflow works in industry.
As a kid who use to be a game designer I watched every second of this video with such passion. I learned so much about games I never even knew. God I love how much time and effort goes into creating these worlds for us to immerse ourselves into. I hope to one day get to be apart of game creation in some way shape or form
I'm only eleven minutes in and this is so cool to watch. My favorite video games are Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. I hope the next Jedi Fallen Order game is called "Jedi: The New Order" and its about being a jedi at Luke's temple or something. Customizable character from the start!
Tina/Merrin need a game of their own And Elizabeth/Trilla too Such powerful performances and two of the best character arcs in gaming and star wars as a whole Trilla has such a menacing, scary but kinda sexy atmosphere in her fighting style and body language. constantly teasing you but eventually fearing you and keeping her distance with ranged attacks and using the force... eventually even cheating with cheap tactics as she realises you arent weak prey and you are a serious threat

I would like to congratulate Respawn and EA for an awesome game playing experience, all the environments look and feel incredible!, the animation, gameplay and cut scenes are sooo smooth too! As i'm a very keen photographer the only thing i would love to see added into a future Star Wars game would be a 'Photo Mode'!, where you can capture the amazing scenery and action!, that would be the icing on an already very gorgeous game!!, whilst playing i just didn't want it to ever end!!

I love how cere and cal's voice actors look almost the same as their characters
23:21 When the music dropped, the cheers erupted , and all the lightsabers turned on it brought tears to my eyes. So pure. Omg.
Why do half of these people actually sound like they’re from the Star Wars universe 😂 man like Orion Kellogg
robert fry 😂😂😂
Orion Kellogg sounds like the type of guy who would name his kid "OGGDO BOGGDO"
Man everything they say they went for is exactly how it went in my playthrough. Spot on guys, Phenomenal game. I wish we had more good single player games
39:47 really cool to share the problems they face.
This is one of the best games I have played. Congratulations to the team!
i'm already the type of person to really appreciate the details, and i loved this game. i explored as much of it as possible on my own, and i love alot of the level design, and there's so many great artistic decisions that really work for this game. they really wanted to sell the experience, and they did great! this game is very immersive, aside from a few small visual glitches i experienced, but they were not deal breakers. they were very minor and they never interrupted my experience.
everyhthing in the game felt like it had purpose, it felt like they did everything right with the tone. i absolutely loved the music and i feel like it always fit. all the upgrades feel like they have a purpose and it feels rewarding without being too much. i just wish there were some more original lightsaber desings. it's really cool that they are based on the saber parts from savi's workshop in galaxy's edge, but i wanted some more options that I've never seen before. i still loved the customization. it did feel like a little too much to just get all the crystal colors at once. i would have loved having to find them, perhaps treated like secrets such as the healing pod upgrades and the force/health upgrades.
I certainly hope we get more from them.
ah yes why would we want good games
oh wait i read this wrong sorry im tired
amazing documentary as a game design student seeing the coheasion between the different sections actually helped alot in terms of understanding how the workflow works in industry.
Playing the game now! You seen the hard work and thought that went into this!! Such talented people involved on such an amazing, epic game!!
I'm happy to have played a game as amazing as this. We need a sequel
This game (on PC with an SSD) was AMAZING! I loved every second of this game. KUDOS to all involved with it's development!!!
Finally a really great Star Wars single player video game, Respawn nailed it, now we just need a sequel.
What an amazing game, I can tell all of the respawn team put their heart and soul into this game.
I really enjoyed the fact that this game explored the fact that the Jedi weren’t 100% the good guys
As a kid who use to be a game designer I watched every second of this video with such passion. I learned so much about games I never even knew. God I love how much time and effort goes into creating these worlds for us to immerse ourselves into. I hope to one day get to be apart of game creation in some way shape or form
i would love to see some of these mo-cap actors in an actual movie about the characters from fallen order.
Huge congrats to everyone working on this masterpiece of a game! Loved all characters!
Currently playing it. It's a great game, always introducing new stuff and really well polish. Great job
I was very apprehensive about buying this game. I’m only sad I didn’t get it earlier. It’s frustrating (to platinum) but what a great game!
I started to learn 3D stuff like a year ago I want to create video games too this is very inspiring I like this type of Doc the game was awesome
The first time I’ve been addicted to a Star Wars game, good job guys
Im not sure i've ever felt like playing a game all over when i've just finished it. I hope they add something like a new game + feature! :D
I love the interviews because someone always has some indirect way of saying someone is making there job more difficult.😂
Tina/Merrin need a game of their own
And Elizabeth/Trilla too
Such powerful performances and two of the best character arcs in gaming and star wars as a whole
Trilla has such a menacing, scary but kinda sexy atmosphere in her fighting style and body language. constantly teasing you but eventually fearing you and keeping her distance with ranged attacks and using the force... eventually even cheating with cheap tactics as she realises you arent weak prey and you are a serious threat
Please story dlc or sith outfit and red lightsaber
We finally have a full game with no season pass or micro transactions and you ASK for dlcs instead of a complete sequel ?!
Pepeole like you are the reason battlefront ii happened ffs
@@rabbox4513 having good dlcs isnt bad lol. if they free thats good and battlefront 2 is pretty good now
we wont ever get a red lightsaber or sith outfit
@@Terjecs AAA singleplayer game don't make free dlcs, Battlefront II had to clean their shit only because of the backlash and dev time used on dlcs is dev time that can't be used on the sequel.
Dlcs is a plague that should be erased from any game that isn't f2p
what is a lightsaber?
I'm a mature gamer (56) and have been playing all kinds of games since the late 70's, i own the PS4 & Xbox One X, i completed the main story of Fallen Order and am now enjoying going back through to unlock all the collectables etc, this is an AMAZING game!!!, the ending looks like it might be left open for a poss follow up!?.....I really do hope so!?, I can't see how it would be poss to add any DLC really?, more planets would be cool but obv wouldn't affect the main story?
I would like to congratulate Respawn and EA for an awesome game playing experience, all the environments look and feel incredible!, the animation, gameplay and cut scenes are sooo smooth too!
As i'm a very keen photographer the only thing i would love to see added into a future Star Wars game would be a 'Photo Mode'!, where you can capture the amazing scenery and action!, that would be the icing on an already very gorgeous game!!, whilst playing i just didn't want it to ever end!!
This game gave me kotor vibes, i just wish there were more dialogue like kotor but this game is AMAZING
star wars jedi fallen order embodies the spirit of what makes star wars, STAR WARS. it may not have a story as engaging as like say the recent God of War but this game made me remember during the Golden Era of the Star Wars games :'D
1:36:36 that outfit looks amazing.
a Milling yea wow. I hope we get access to more oufits like this in the future. Maybe some dlc? Who knows
yeah it does.
I love at 23:23 where members of the crowd behind Stig start igniting their light sabers in approval - it reminds me of the army of Jedi revealing themselves in the Geonosian arena during Attack of the Clones!
That's exactly what I thought. It gave me chills to see all those lightsabers lighting up. Lol
We need a Jedi Fallen Order 2
this was probably the best game ive played in the last 5 or so years. shoutout to the actors of merrin and talon malicos for probably two of the best voiceacting perfomances in recent history.
they did a great job! hope they get a chance to make a sequel! :)
I appreciate that this documentary showcases their process from A to Z. I've always been curious on how the development works, and seeing it in full fruition is so cool! Great job to Respawn for telling an amazing story, I loved the game!
Let's hope they release a 2nd game or even DLC!!
I hope we will see more of Merrin in the future!!
Knocked it out of the park. Fantastic job
this game is amazing but you guys should add updates and stuff, more quests and objectives
they wont its a complete game
15gb patch xD
I remember God of War 3 Stig your amazing!!! Jedi Fallen Order is another impressive piece of work.
