Don Xxcythe it wasn’t even a spoiler to begin with. They put him in the trailers and tv advertisements. At the very end of the ga,e he still had not yet appeared. It was very obvious honestly.
It's really cool that you can't fight Vader like in Force unleashed. It puts you back into perspective how long of a way Cal has to go as a Jedi. And how strong and imposing Vader was when hunting down other Jedi.
Regarding the Dathomir one with Count Dooku. It was actually General Grievous that wiped out the nightsisters while saving Count Dooku from the nightsisters which had captured him at that time. This also adds to the Jedi mistakenly wiping them out to, given Grievous’s lightsaber choices.
Drago7166 you can even tell just by looking at the paintings on all the walls. Grievous is drawn as this big creature with a bunch of arms just destroying dathomirians.
Jedi, because in Dooku's eyes, The Jedi failed him. Dooku made Grevious, Dooku sic'ed Grevious on Dathomir. So in a way the Jedi really were responsible for their destruction. I agree with Dooku's viewpoint. DOWN WITH THE JEDI! LONG LIVE THE SITH! Uhhhh.... Dooku was NOT captured by them. Talzin started damaging what was literally a Dooku Voodoo Doll, Dooku was able to inform Grevious while this was actually killing him. And Grevious shifted his attention from Ventress to Talzin. And you know the rest.
The Catfather I think there’s like two versions of what happened one of which I can never remember which is cannon now. One where Dooku is captured and the Night Sisters Mother tries to take over Dooku’s body, and another where she screws with his mind and the Dooku sends Grevious to stop her. I’m guessing the second one is the cannon one? Legit can’t remember which one was in the show because it’s been so long. 😂
And that "kid" has a high medichlorian count, wich means he's kinda OP. He's like the Dante of the star wars games. The force unleashed is still one of the best star wars games ever imo. Vader's personal favourite, secret, meticulously trained Jedi assassin is 'sumkid' but Palptine's personal favourite, secret and meticulously trained Jedi killer is not. How that makes any sense?
The concept of the Inquisition _didn't_ start in Star Wars Rebels. It's one of the many (many) things they grabbed from the Legends continuity. The Inquisition as an Imperial force of dark-side Jedi hunters existed from...I think the 90's comics? Anyway, it was a thing a long time before Rebels.
Love how t hey straight up steal from Legends and everyone loves them for their "originality," look Disney ... if you want to say Legends isn't canon in your eyes, don't steal Admiral Thrawn and several other elements from the real good stories.
Sajirou Plays Erm you got the wrong end of the stick. Filoni constantly brings stuff from the EU into Disney’s canon because he feels like it deserves to be canon and is so loved, if he can fit it in to his stories in a way that makes sense he loves to do it. He literally brought Thrawn back for the fans. At no point does he or Disney pretend it’s not from the EU.
I was a little scared when Vader showed up. I was like, “man don’t tell Me we somehow defeat the Dark Lord of the Sith” but then I saw Cere get ragdolled in under a second and was like, “oh yeah! I forgot those who made this game respect the lore of the universe they are working within!
They only respect the Disney lore. You have to remember, they retconned like 99.9% of the universe including content from the original movies (Episodes 4-6) when they took over.
This game was executed perfectly. It makes us feel great they paid attention to lore and details in this game! This is what it should always be like! Brought my faith back in Star wars!
i really loved all the references and subtle ways characters would mention "legends" myths or characters. truly a game made by the fans for the fans :)

The best part about vader is that whenever you see him, you don't think "oh he can't die, where are the stakes?" No, you have an instant connection and sympathy for whatever good guy is facing him, not since Vader can't die, but because he's overwhelmingly powerful.

7:10 Actually, it wasn’t Dooku. It was Grievous who wiped out the Nightsisters. Merrin even mentions an armored warrior with a lightsaber like Cal’s wiping out the Nightsisters, which was a reference to Grievous.
In the force unleashed it is actually accurate that Galen Marek (Starkiller) can defeat Darf Vader, his connection to the force is one of the strongest, that plus he spent his whole life training and fighting training Droids, sure he was trained his whole life while part of the empire, but he never used the Dark Side, only the Force, even though he was Darf Vader's appearance. Also much faster moving than Darf Vader, they say he can even rival the emporer himself, the emperor himself even tried to replace Darf Vader with Starkiller.
Soviet Red *Darth, but yeah. The new disney jedi feel both over and under powered at the same time. It feels like thier strength is tied to the plot. Starkiller is one of my all time favorite characters, though it’s probably mostly because of nostalgia.
Revisiting the planets again later in the game have new dialogue and conversations, also the dragon seen in the distance on Bogano can be seen right above you looking down in some of the areas with high walls..
The holocron that Cere show Cal in Boganno at the beginning of the game is the same one as the one shown in Rebels, where Obi-Wan talks about Order 66 during ROTS.
This game was something else. I mean Respawn Entertainment is great... We're all aware But EA publishing this without any of the greasy monetization is surprising and a good move. This game was everything I wanted it to be and more. It's great !
EA actually thought the game would be shit because of the fact that it didn't have micro-transactions or anything that required you to pay. This exceeded their expectations and are considering a second game (hopefully without any monetization or micro-transactions)
When you are on the train in the beginning of the game your friend mentions a planet named Nar Shadar, which was a prominent planet in SWTOR so I found that pretty cool to become cannon
OMG! I FOUND A COOL EASTER EGG TO TACKLE ON TO THE ONE YOU MENTIONED AT 8:33 . It is an achievement for taking out TIE fighters in the battlefront 2 campaign. The achievement is called Xwings vs TIE fighters and I think that is a direct reference to this man's work.
Yeah had some loose ends. Maybe they'll be addressed in sequel. Knowing the window of time the game takes place in, I figured there was a better than even chance of all the main characters dying at the end of the game. Felt kinda weird when they just... didn't. We never saw any betrayal from Saw that the game seemed to be trying to foreshadow (I mean he abandoned Kashyyyk I guess...?). Merrin only joins the crew like 25 minutes before the big final mission, so I was hoping to see more from her too. She was a cool character. Hopefully we get a sequel. This game was fantastic.

I love that you can't even touch Vader basically. The game does a great job of conveying the terror of his presence even though he's only in the last scene.
*Spoilers* I laughed when Cere was basically backhanded slapped away by Darth Vader (forced over the edge into the lava pit). I was not happy when she came back. I did not like Cere or Trilla in the slightest. I kinda hoped Cal was gonna die at the end too tbh, the ending was kinda meh. Too "wrapped up in a nice bow" for me. The whole story was also a bit eh since the summary is they heard of a device that had important info on it, they found it and destroyed it, end credits. It didn't feel very fleshed out.
you didn't mension when you see young cal training to get the pull ability he is in the same position as Luke on hoth in episode 6 when he is captured by the snow monster ( i don't know his name )
I don't see how you can class Darth Vader's appearance as either a secret or an easter egg! It's something that happens in game as a part of the story! You don't have to go looking for him because he's part of the scripted plot of the game! Yes, I suppose he's a surprise reveal at the end but anyone who's watched Rebels knows his connection to the Inquisitors... the bigger question is why WOULDN'T he be there?!
There’s an Easter egg when your following prauf on the train and you press the button for the door and it doesn’t work. If you press it 66 times Palpatine will say “execute order 66”
actually when u fight ogdo bogdo u can find another path and do a plunging attack on him, which maybe it's a reference to the asylum demon fight from dark souls 1, at least that's what it felt to me xd
did you know Cal Kestis speaks English? this is referenced in the extremely hard to find easter egg where Cal speaks English throughout the entire game.

I think he's talking in canon

They only respect the Disney lore. You have to remember, they retconned like 99.9% of the universe including content from the original movies (Episodes 4-6) when they took over.
lore doesn’t really mean references..
This game was executed perfectly. It makes us feel great they paid attention to lore and details in this game! This is what it should always be like! Brought my faith back in Star wars!
i really loved all the references and subtle ways characters would mention "legends" myths or characters. truly a game made by the fans for the fans :)
You can see how devs were real SW fans and thus, making an AWESOME game like this. Props to you dudes...
A small reference but something that warmed my heart was finding a tach on kashyyyk while climbing. It was kinda freaky seeing one so big with such better graphics but I'm glad more stuff from kotor are being brought back/made "official," even the small stuff ones.
I noticed that too--I was so excited. I can't wait for more Old Republic stuff to become more canon. I suppose we'll see once the remake comes out
The best part about vader is that whenever you see him, you don't think "oh he can't die, where are the stakes?" No, you have an instant connection and sympathy for whatever good guy is facing him, not since Vader can't die, but because he's overwhelmingly powerful.
