As far as i can remember you couldn't immune it away so i don't think diffuse would work either but not sure!

came to the comments to ask the same. that's going to be my plan as WW is to Diffuse or Touch of Karma and see if that works. if not hopefully my healers wont punish me for standing in the bad lol
