If the boss outgoing damage increases at 80/60/40%, isn't lust on 40% (or in execute range) better than on pull? Obviously if the fight is trivial then lust on pull will shorten the boss fight due to CD line up, but at 40%/Ex will shorten the hardest phase leading to a better chance of success.
There are two ways to look at it. If the DPS or healing check is too hard then yeah you are correct. However if it's not something that needs bloodlust to get through, you are better off sending it on pull because you'll get the most out of it, allowing for more people to be alive at 40% not to mention that it's just more fun. So unless it's needed to get past a specific mechanic, BL on pull is the play. -jim

The damage isn't really that heavy. You're better off lusting when everyone has cooldowns and potions ready.

Yeah pretty much what Dirk commented. Everyone is alive and honestly the increased difficulty at 30% isn't all that much.
