  • Improve your hip strength and mobility with the Shin Box 90/90 stretch.     what is the idea of "sink into your hip"?? i have trouble on understand that feel :(

      The term sink is referring to the direction of load. Exerting force down into the stick will help queue your body to direct more of the load down into your hips. Hopefully that helps Chun!
