  • Heebie Jeebie was a 1920s fad - apparently the name originating in a 1923 cartoon, popularised by the recording by Louis Armstrong of a composition by Atkins. Here is the 1927 composition of choreographer Floyd Du Pont and Teddy (as the music names him, more commonly referred to as Eddie) Pola, recorded by the London Radio Dance Band. The sheet music says 'dance creation by Floyd Du Pont'.
