It's a nice idea. Knowing my insurance, they would never pay for it. Broke my ankle years ago from sliding on ice halfway under part of my car. It's never fully recovered, now I was diagnosed with arthritis surrounding it and really painful sometimes.
I'm chatting with them this week, maybe there is some opportunities for cheaper options or atleast to know where to go to get this thing in other parts of the country.
I have severe ankle arthritis arthritis from a birth defect. My joint doc says I need multiple fusions. That would cause me to miss a lot of work. I feel like a would need a load baring brace? Braces that just stop the ankle from moving don't seem to help much. I would love a non surgery solution but even my doctor said there isn't one.
Thank you so very much!! My foot dr here prescibed me with an arizona brace for my problems for 800 dollars so maybe i could drive to Michigan from SD to get your opinion!!!

They do have a dropfoot brace yes. I am waiting to discuss with them this week to set up an updated map where people can get these braces
