As a 60 YO heavyset man I can attest the HOKA's, slippers to wear upon rising from sleep and pre-made orthodic insoles which Dr. Tom recommended to me have helped immensely!
I’ve been wearing Xero shoes reduced my foot pain when I was working those long 12 hour shifts. And I seem to have less pain without any inserts in them.
I’ve lax joints throughout my body starting with my feet all the way up. I’ve had 8 knee surgeries and 3 back surgeries and still need at least 2 total knees with possible back/neck surgeries. I have no arch in either foot, hence I’ve severe bunions. I worked 35 years running my ass off as RN, just stopped 1 year ago because of severe joint issues. Gee I think I probably have stage 4 on the flat feet. Would I need that surgery before the bunion repairs which, surprise, are also stage 4.

Just some feedback on your video: the sound effect when you slide a text banner onto the screen is cool, but when it occurs every 5 seconds it becomes irritating. "Less is more, more or less."
Oh how I wish you were you were in east Texan or I could come to Michigan, but neither seems possible at this point. I am in 100% need of a good podiatrist! I am currently seeing one now, but he won't give any advice on a bunion I recently acquired and is treating a toe ulcer that he said came from walking on the tip of my toe. No recommendations have been made on incerts,shoe brands,or anything!! If only a 1/3 of what you say is true,I would be satisfied with that. I wish you did zoom visits or something, I'm in desperate need of your services.
I'm a 6'0 tall women and I wear a size 12.5, which most shoes don't come in. Seems I'm now a 13, I'm so frustrated that no one cares about tall women in this space! I can get men's shoes, but they don't fit well. High arches.

Some cream can raise blood pressure

You are not alone. I am a 12 womens. Had to get mens 10 to accommodate arthritic toe.
