Wow 3 kilos in a month without diet?my doctor also advise me to get some exercise to lower my blood sugar and blood protein so that I won’t get into worst to diabetes and kidney problem.for now I don’t have any medicine yet for maintenance of pre diabetes

This was great, I got my knee sore yesterday from doing a HIIT workout with lots of jumping, and walking been a bit cumbersome today, so wanted to take it easier but still try do something. This actually gave a good burn for my arms for the movements were so different, and didn't hurt my knee one bit ❤

I thought yesterday’s was the BEST (still love it so much!) but this was the PERFECT FOLLOW-UP!
I was kind of worried the intensity might be lower today. I woke up with a stiff back since still recovering from my injury. But this was perfect intensity! It almost feels like the “junior version” of yesterdays!
I love the side leg & crossing it over. I kept it elevated the whole time to really utilise my core.
Same with that move that was like from the other day where you balance kicking out leg & pulling knee up. FANTASTIC STUFF!
Don’t get me stared on jump rope arms plus kicks!
Sorry for going so in-depth, but I wanted to let you know what you’re doing is great which is why you deserve like 5 mil subs!

Hola, los felicito por todo su formato y en cuanto a la secuencia muy bien inducida, me agrada su forma profesional de cuidar los movimientos con las rodillas y el enlace en cada movimiento.
La única sugerencia es poder sincronizar su musica con los movimientos, eso seria genial, dado que así se llevaría un ritmo mas ameno.
Solo es una sugerencia, todo me encanta.
