What they fear is the organisation of the different religions, the fact that people can come together within the church or Mosque to help each other/ The state wants to be all to you, it doesn't want you to have anywhere else to turn to but the state.

By the power of consensus they can convince many that they should doubt their beliefs. After all, can all of these scholars be wrong?
I'm finding recently with both myself and with others I read on my preferred blogs more and more people seem to becoming more religiously minded, perhaps not true Christians but definitely less critical of it, there are vociferous exceptions of course. People turn to religion when fear raises it's ugly head, and the importation of millions of Muslims who adhere to an ugly violent dogma does create fear.
I'll give you a biblical clue to the whole thing. Money is the root of all evil.
More people more profits from the corporations, the same corporations who make huge donations to political parties. Maximizing profits while socializing the debt incurred by immigration. A debt that will never be paid in either loyalty to their new country or its treasury.

According to quantum physicists, virtual particles exist briefly as fleeting fluctuations in the fabric of spacetime, like bubbles in beer foam.
"The ‘bubbles’ in the quantum foam are quadrillions of times smaller than atomic nuclei and last for infinitesimal fractions of a second-or in ‘quantum-speak’, the size of a Planck Length for a Planck Time
      ------
I am showing you the proof that everything came from an unimaginable source (somehow) :
      -------
Let two atoms are connected with each other anywhere in the spacetime , X and Y
      -------
Planck Length of an atom X= A
Planck Length of an atom Y= B
      ------------------------
      --A is nothing without B
      --B is nothing without A
--Both of them needs each other for THEIR OWN EXISTENCE
      -- A didn’t create B
      -- B didn’t create A
      -- A didn’t create itself
      -- B didn’t create itself
      ------------
They both (and everything) came from an unimaginable source.
-and that creator/unimaginable sent all prophets (approx 124,000 from adam to prophet Mohammad) who introduced him and told us about God/Allah, as well as they came to us with the complete and beautiful guidance of mankind from the creator of mankind.

Dot: I know that you were trying to impress some Muslims specially those who attended university with your quantum physics and not quantum physicists, but you don't even know that quantum physics is just a theory based on assumptions and prepositions. Listen, I can destroy the Nasa data regarding the math of the Heliocentric model of the universe in few sentences and no astrophysicist is able to refute my arguments. How did people in the ancient world knew if a person who was claiming prophethood to be genuine or not? They would wait to see whether his prophesies were accurate or not. However if in case he was acurate, they would follow him, but if he failed in his prophesies, they would curse him. Muhammed (peace and the blessing of Allah be upon him) has fulfilled all his prophesies even the ones which are happening today, so if you are curious to know what are these prophesies, I am ready to give them to you and you can verify their authenticity. Secondly, if a book written 14 centuries ago spoke about an early stage of the Human development in great details, then that book must have been send by God to his messenger, which he himself preached to his followers. I know you are going to say that the Greek scientists knew about the stages of embryology, but they didn't about the early stages of the embryo because it is not observed by the naked eye. As to the accuracy of the Greek scientists in this case Hypocrates, Galen and Aristotle; they did make some contribution to science and they also made so many errors, whereas the Quran has never been proven to have made a wrong scientific mistake regarding an established scientific fact.

Islam was just 1 men versio of utopia and I am sure, when you get rid of all the clerics , you will elect yourself to explain, what Islam really is and the cycle will begin again. I don't believe you can force anyone to think. The ability to choose to think or to refuse to think is the foundation of free will. That *is* free will.
However, you can present facts to a student, and you can present alternative ways of looking at those facts, demonstrate methods of exploring facts and ideas - you can *show* better ways, more honest and effective ways of exploring reality and testing ideas. But you can't actually force a mind. The mind has to choose the methods it will use to operate, and it may have some very powerful emotional barriers to making the most reasonable choices.
Presenting alternative interpretations of facts and more rigorous methods of investigation isn't forcing.
Punishing someone for not accepting what you're trying to teach is an attempt at forcing, but if a mind is convinced that accepting those offerings is wrong or sinful, no amount of punishment will change their mind and it's not a valid way of changing a mind even if it would work. That's a brainwashing approach, not a way to get a mind to think. That's the bullying way of the most authoritarian religious dogmatists, not of the best educators who want their students to develop active, honest, independent minds.

Abdallah did you not see anything intrinsically unique about Islam in comparison to the other thousands of false religions that were merely false confabulations? I mean have you not been exposed to the microscopic precisions embedded throughout the Quran that clearly demonstrate a divine author who is aware of every minuscule detail of every word that goes into it? Your heart may disagree with some of its contents ( portrayal of hell etc) and your personal philosophy may contradict the philosophy of faith and belief. but, I urge you PLEASE to simply re check your stance by watching some videos on RUclips demonstrating these microscopic precisions' I at one point became an ex Muslim and supported this channel but after being exposed to these tiny and subtle perfectionist it seems inconceivable to me that the Quran was created by man. I was forced to think probabilistically ( most likely a divine source) and know that to think probabilistically is to think rationally. Good luck my brother

1926: "Taha Hussein, Abduh's brilliant blind follower who had become one of the first Islamic scholars to examine the Quran as a work of literature, suggested that some Arabic poetry hitherto held to be pre-Islamic had in fact been falsified. The critical method he used, if applied to religious texts, could similarly cast doubt on their authenticity. Again, this line of thinking could have had a defining effect on Islam, opening the way for Quranic studies to become a branch of literature and history - as had happened to biblical studies in the West. Again, it did not. Husein's thinking was still that of an outlying minority. He was denounced as a heretic and lost his job as a professor of Arabic literature. "

Khalifa's English translation includes 115 pages of appendices... but largely conforms to prophetic eschatological dogma. "Submission" vs "surrender" in a spiritual context.

This is similar to what Timur Kuran called "Preference Falsification."
People publicly will say one thing but behind the closed doors of their minds, they will believe another, often diametrically opposed thought.
The sheer pressure on minds to continue this charade is so painful. The splitting is necessary for survival.

      @mariamalhotra8228 6 лет назад +1

MH Talukdar There is a true God and religion. I wish to point you to the Prince of Peace - Jesus Christ, the Lover of our souls. Jesus Christ in the New Testament defended a woman caught in adultery to save her life. She was transformed by His Divine Forgiveness from the inside. He healed many women and had numerous women disciples but He Himself remained celibate. He never killed anyone or waged a single battle. He conquers by free will and Love alone.
Christ is a lover of humanity; that is why Europe and the West are quantum leaps ahead in terms of everything. Europe was built on the Catholic values of human dignity and personal freedom. It is only now losing its moral footing because of atheism ("secular humanism") which Muslims love to falsely call Christianity. Muslims love to feel morally superior because Western women supposedly wear skimpy clothes and sleep around. This is not because of Christianity but atheism. Modesty and purity are virtues among Catholics. God enables us to be good by His grace. We just respond to His Love and grace. He is Love.
Muslims also love to live in the traditionally Christian West but complain about it, play the victim and abuse all its freedoms.
May I respectfully suggest reading a New Testament with a Catholic commentary? God will lead you Himself. Find the Truth for yourself.
      Praying for you xx. Best.

Over 75% of the converts leaves Islam within first 3 years so, the mosques only keeps the record of the people converting but, not of people leaving because they don't want to tell people that millions are leaving Islam every year. Being labelled fastest growing religion seems like a nice tactic for them to bring more followers but, sadly it's making Islam collapse as new generation is becoming less and less religious. Islam is collapsing even a mosque close to me offer £5 to anyone who comes to a Friday prayer can you believe that bride to attract more people. Apparently they've had some council regulation as the mosque was built instead of a church.
Whatever Islam will die out soon 🙂

It actually amazes me when some well-intentioned people I know ( muslim ) honestly believe and say with utmost conviction that the Quran has absolutely NO VIOLENT verse at ALL .. I have witnessed this first hand. At that point, and because I know this is a lie, I don't really know how to "break" the news to them .. I don't know if they are bluffing or they tell the truth cause they have been lied to and never bothered to read their Quran .. When I gently and politely point out some of the violent verses ... they really "blush" and either they direct the conversation that this is not to be translated this or that way ... then again when I point them to the passage in the Quran that whatever is written does not need to be re-interpreted the conversation stops ... So I wonder if they lie to us, or they have been lied to, or ... I really don't know honestly cause some of them are really good people and I don't want to hurt their feelings ..

What you said sounds just like what I have already read. I get the impression that "back home" people are not encouraged to think but to accept what their authority figures tell them to believe. Millions of Muslims do not read the Koran. What they know is the sugar- coated version of Islam that their imams tell them. These Muslims really do think that Islam is a religion of peace because they are not taught about Mohamad's exhortations to violence and killing in the name of Allah. Thank you.

Eva B. Hey which country do you live in ? If it’s in a western country such as England, Canada or Australia etc. I would come out and tell them but it’s better for you to stay quite until you’re on your feet with a good job, car etc. If it’s in any other country especially a Muslim country I would keep quite forever or until you immigrate to a safer environment. I know the urge of wanting to express your opinion publicly by telling them you don’t believe in this cult but you must keep it to yourself and not tell anyone for your physical safety and to avoid being disowned by your parents and ending up on the streets. These Muslims are crazy, they’re ready to behead/execute their very own children for just not agreeing with the violent Islamic views mostly presented in Hadiths which go against the sayings of the Prophet even though they claim it’s his speech. They twist the words or misinterpret it.

    • @chrollophile

@@extremisttotheextremeantid7554 that's sadly true. I live in a muslim country so that's why even though it's been 7 years, I still keep it to myself. especially when I saw my entire family are getting more and more religious as they grow older. In my family, the girls my age are now all married and wear chador. Having a few friends who understand me is already a blessing. So back to the hajj question, should I just go to hajj with her once my saving reaches the goal? Like, I don't have the heart to send her alone but on the other hand, I can use the money (of my part) for something else since I'm not rich and hajj is really expensive for me :/

    • @extremisttotheextremeantid7554
      @extremisttotheextremeantid7554 4 года назад +3

Eva B. Yea I defiantly wouldn’t tell them especially since your family is becoming more brainwashed Lol. Would only make matters worse for you, I wouldn’t be surprised if they marry you off instantly to a Muslim extremist who will beat you and justify it by using the wife beating verse in the Qur’an when you complain to him if they ever found out about your apostasy. Try to make excuses to your mum as much as possible to delay Hajj until you’re older and can run away. Whatever the situation may be, just be grateful you aren’t in Syria/Iraq. You would be stoned the moment they suspect you’ve left the religion. There is still hope for you in having a better life in the future. Work/study hard, save save save and try to get a visa to any European country or Australia. Even though I still remain a Muslim for reasons I have listed below, I think Hajj is completely Pagan and I don’t know why a purely monotheistic God wants that Pagan ritual. Back to your question. The last thing you want is going to Makkah and catching a disease when you’re still young. There’s all types of nasty diseases there especially during Hajj season due to people coming from all over the world literally incubating pathogen’s. They go there every year in the hopes of dying by getting stomped on while circling that black stone thinking they’ll go straight to Paradise to get their 72 juicy virgins.
I am not sure wether you’re an Atheist/Agnostic or a Deist. However the evidence for a designed world is extremely overwhelming and I find it impossible to deny a Creator/Designer/God. There are several arguments I present in my discussions to support this claim. I am happy to chat with you on Skype privately regarding this and also helping you through your difficult times or with several other people in a group chat. I am always up for a friendly discussion. FYI (For your information) I still remain a Muslim because of Pascals Wager. If you don’t know what Pascal Wager is Google it. I have nothing to lose by leaving Islam. But I am 100% certain there is a intelligence involved behind our creation. I completely disagree with all other religions and I think they’re more false. The Islamic Abrahamic God (Allah) is a nightmare. I am not risking it by disbelieving. He threatens to burn your skin over and over again while sending down rain of Acid on you if you simply doubt and disbelieve. I was born into Islam, I’m dying a Muslim. I am not Risking it.

from when did the universe come from? from no thing? big bang? then what caused the big bang?
in our perspective, the three objects that have the greatest impact on our lives are the Earth, Sun, and Moon. The Earth, of course, is the planet beneath our feet. Without it, well, we wouldn’t have anything at all. The Sun warms our planet, and with the Moon, creates the tides.
The Moon orbits the Earth and in turn, the Earth orbits the Sun. We see the Universe from a platform that is both rotating on its axis, and traveling in an elliptical orbit around the Sun. The Earth’s rotation on its axis makes the Sun rise in the east and set in the west, and is a big part of why the Moon rises and sets too; although the Moon takes 29 days to complete an orbit around the Earth as well. The Ozone layers allowed us humans to live with sun rays but not withh radiation.
Another example we have one mouth and two eyes. both two eyes allows perdect vision? coincidense? the emoyions we have in our brain. the reproductive system the sperm cell that is put into female and sexual pleasure that encourages reproduction.. all of these were formed from nothingness instead of smarr creator?
Is this all a coincidense that those works together in our advantage? I think not. You can never explain how the universe decided to form its self. nor you could explain how the laws of physics came to being.

      - dual function of the pharynx, ingestion of food and air through the same opening has resulted in millions of deaths
      - inability to synthesize Vitamin C and other vitamins, leading to many cases of malnourishment and depressed immune function
      - poor routing of the male urinary tract through the prostate gland, resulting in disturbed urinary function
      - proximity of genitals to the rectum, resulting in frequent infection
      - multi-functional genitals, resulting in urinary tract infections and more
      - too narrow birth canal, resulting in failed deliveries, death in childbirth, frequent need for C-sections
      - strained lower backs, stacked vertebrae in a vertical position versus being more horizontal in most vertibrates, results in ubiquitous lower back pain
      - overloaded knees and hips, designed to carry 1/2 of our weight, but being bipedal, now carry all the weight, resulting in frequent injury
      - overly complicated human foot, comprising 26 bones, prone to plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, and broken ankles
      - inefficient sinuses, some of which drain upwards against gravity, resulting in frequent infection
      - blind spot in eyes, caused by poor routing of the optic nerve
      - single set of adult teeth, with teeth too vulnerable to decay and infection.

Riddah has always been the achilles heel of Islam. When Muhammad died circa 632 the next great war was the Riddah war, as the Arabian peninsula decided that they were rid of the Tyrant and his fake religion, and would return to their former lives as free people.
It is no accident that the Quran hints at the problem in 3:90, 4:91, 9:11, 9:12, 9:66 and 16:106. That people will leave in droves from Muhammad's religion as soon as they can, and will feign submission and piety to protect themselves from harm.
Muhammad knew full well that his religion could only be maintained through threats of violence. His own utterances on the matter demonstrate his fear of abandonment by those whom he had forced to follow him,
    See:
    Sahih al-Bukhari, 9:83:17, Sahih Muslim, 16:4152, Sahih Muslim, 16:4154,  Sahih al-Bukhari, 4:52:260 and Sahih al-Bukhari, 9:89:271
Notice the Imam continuously refers to how things were "back home". he doesn't consider Canada his home, and is obviously here for Hijra, but he is not honest about why apostasy "back home" is less common. It is less common because under the Shariah, apostates are EXECUTED.
The top five schools of Islamic Jurisprudence all agree that the proper application of the Shariah demand execution for apostasy, those five being the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali and Ja'fari schools.
It is ironic that the Muslims are turning away in the west because of the Christian traditions of tolerance and non-violence, which western culture has embraced and maintained, even after their own turning from religion.

Ahmed Ben Ramood Many people are just learning the truth about Islam, Muhammed and Allah. Muhammed was the only prophet of God ever in history to incorporate pagan rituals into his religion.
E.g. Run between hills if Safa and Marwa
      Kissing black stone
      Bowing down to Kaaba
Walking 7 times around the Kaaba to honour the 7 planetary deities
      BUT....
You guys have a back up...
Abraham and ishamel built the Kaaba.
And Hagar ran btw the hills of safa and marwa. You Muslims can never prove this!
Let's say that they did it!
How come the pagans managed to copy everything that they did into their religion? In 2000BC, there weren't any inhabitants in Mecca. The earliest evidence points to only 60BC. None of the Jewish prophets did what Muhammed did!
As for showing respect, I know what is happening to Islam as I'm an ex Muslim myself. I can understand that you guys are afraid that Islam will collapse.
Brother, YOU! UPHOLD GREATER MORAL VALUES THAN YOUR PROPHET!
You are better than your prophet! You are better example for mankind than Muhammed! I suggest you watch Acts17Apologetics on RUclips

Jiyad Majumdar. I can see my comment came out a bit ambivalent. It was meant to be a bit sympathetic and a bit ironic. That’s why I ended it with
R.I.P. (rest in peace). I am not a Muslim, and left the faith a long time ago. But what I saw in the speech of the Imam was the human natural reaction when losing something that is dear and precious to us. In such circumstances we all become ‘slow’ and passionate in our talk, and we wish to present our words with solemnity. So it was more to show how alike we all are in our hearts and emotions on a deeper level that transcends the barriers of religious dogma.

    • @sydneykendall7125

Gerpool has a point - religion is not the only ideology that can crush the human mind and spirit. Secular ideologies that accept force as a way to get people to submit to them are just as deadly.
"Humanity" is not a religion. Human beings are not gods. If there is no God, you can't replace the mystical, all-knowing, all-powerful concept of a god with human beings who cannot be that, or a group of such human beings, such as a political party, or one allegedly all-wise leader or even majorities of voters. You can't even replace it with "science" which, if you treat it as a religion, ceases to be science.
Without a literal god, you still need universal moral principles regarding how to deal with your fellow human beings. It's those universal and objectively demonstrated principles that are the closest things to a god that we've got. And it's*not* a matter of just choosing rules that feel good in the moment, such as "drink as much booze as you want every day" or "sleep around with whoever is sexy to you and make lots of babies and palm them off on others to support". Or "kill whoever makes you angry". Such guidelines wouldn't lead to a happy or prosperous life for most people, nor would they build a happy, prosperous society.
The Ten Commandments are pretty good as guides. Murdering and stealing are bad for everyone in the long run. Adultery - having an affair on your spouse - destroys trust in a marriage because it usually requires deception, possibly brings on complications with the person you bonk, may cause an unwanted pregnancy and lots of strife all around. It's a bomb that might explode at any time.
As far as honoring your parents, I'm not sure of the context in which this was meant but, certainly, if your parents have been decent to you you should repay them with decency and remember that they have accepted a difficult responsibility in order to raise you up healthy and able to take care of yourself. However, if the "honor" this commandment intends is the honor-culture kind of don't think for yourself nor live your life honestly by your own judgement and values, then no - that interpretation isn't acceptable. A person needs to be true to his or her own honest understanding, not fake his life and values to please parents.
No reasonable set of ethics would accept bearing false witness against your neighbor or anyone else. Ruining a person's reputation or getting the min trouble with the law by misrepresenting what they've said or done is utterly unjust. When you do such a thing you are responsible for all the injustice that comes from that and you corrupt your own mind if you tell yourself that, somehow, it's alright to lie about people.
Coveting other people's stuff - that is wanting to possess something you don't own so much that you become bitterly envious and obsessed with it - isn't healthy and can lead to stupid, unethical actions on your part.
[My main ethical understanding has, for most of my life, been this: I must keep an honest mind, always seeking to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth to the best of my ability before I draw a conclusion, and I must not use force or deceive others to get what I want, except if I have to use force to stop those who use it first from harming me or someone else. I should only lie if I have to in order to stop someone from violating a person's rights, because you don't have the right to the truth if your aim is to use it to murder or maim or steal or kidnap. If you live by these principles, you're not going to murder, steal, beat people up, rape, bear false witness, cheat at poker, or any other thing that crosses the coercion/fraud line, except to stop others from crossing it.]
And even that first Commandment "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" has a rational application. If you view God as a symbol standing for all those objective ethical principles, and there is something you want so badly - like wealth or fame or to have a particular job or to marry a particular person - and you are tempted to violate one of those principles in order to get it... don't do that.
Don't put any of those "gods" - your most insistent desires - above the sound, wise ethical principle that should be guiding your choices and actions. You'll only make a mess in the long run, and the long run may not be all that long and the losses you'll suffer will be multiple, not the least of which is the soundness of your own mental integration. What you do to others you deserve the have done to you, whether you consciously face that or not. Buried under all your rationalisations, you *know* that's true. Psychologically, not keeping your mind honest is to corrupt and poison yourself, to cut yourself off from what's true and real. It's stupid at a deep, spiritual level, at the level of your sense of your own decency and worthiness.
It's not humanity that the human mind and spirit needs to worship, but the ethical principles that keep us able to justly respect ourselves, to earn self-respect at the moral level, to be able to look anywhere in our minds and memories and judge our actions honestly, without fooling ourselves, and being able to see that we've done a decent, if imperfect, job of steering our ship around the rocks and barriers and unethical temptations that can screw up relationships and mess up our own psychology. - and the whole world.

...and then he discusses how they left Islam and religion in general. That's because they're smart.
That young kid who memorized the Koran and then left Islam did so because he is more intelligent on his worst day than this Imam is on his absolute worst.

The most influential Sunni leader in the Middle East has just admitted what many of us who grew up as Muslims in the Middle East have always known: that Islam could not exist today without the killing of apostates. Yusuf al-Qaradawi, head of the Muslim Brotherhood and one of the most respected leaders of the Sunni world, recently said on Egyptian television, "If they [Muslims] had gotten rid of the punishment [often death] for apostasy, Islam would not exist today." The most striking thing about his statement, however, was that it was not an apology; it was a logical, proud justification for preserving the death penalty as a punishment for apostasy. Al-Qaradawi sounded matter-of-fact, indicating no moral conflict, nor even hesitation, about this policy in Islam. On the contrary, he asserted the legitimacy of Islamic laws in relying on vigilante street justice through fear, intimidation, torture and murder against any person who might dare to leave Islam.

It's really simple - people find the truth and leave. Simple as that ..
One simple example I experienced at work:
After being "bombarded" for quite some time on the peacefulness of Islam from some co-workers, I decided to ask them the following one day: If anyone from our faith (Christianity) decides to leave the faith for whatever reason, he faces no persecution and no harassment of any sort. After all, our Lord Jesus Christ Himself said: for those who want to follow me, carry your "cross" and follow me.
Now, I continued, can you leave your faith as easily as we can without having to face any personal / social persecution of any kind ? One of them pointed a passage in the Quran that there is no compulsion in one's religion only to counter answer some of the brutal passages of their book - Kill the Apostates, Crucify them, torture them .. etc .. Sura's 9:24, 5:33 and so on and on and on and on ....
Then "silence" ... They never bothered me again ...
