I do find the "Do Not Imitate" rule fairly odd, I mean; how do you define Imitation? If you are a Muslim and learn to speak another language or drive a car, isn't that a form of imitation? because it is, imitation, in general, is how we learn from others. So "God" is essentially commanding Muslim to Not learn? Ok.

Rule about the dogs in the house for example - wierd stuff. About the hair - I have heard from my muslim friends that they can dye their hair but no wigs - afaik the jewish women can wear wigs to cover their hair (Sheitel) but this does not count for muslims as "hair covering". And the nail polish - something to do with wudu not being proper if you wear it? And being forbidden to pluck eyebrows - is that a thing?

@I have done my part I have many doubts in my faith before since I was an adult. But I had no brave to leave islam. December 2017, when I was jum'ah praying on the mosque, I didn't know where come from suddenly I whispered in my heart, "Jesus I believe in You..." From there, I was a Christ follower. I was beyond the dread. My heart, mind and soul feeling so peacefull now.

Hey Abdullah, regarding Rule #9 I THINK if I'm not mistaken that it has to do with dyeing your hair when you get old (apparently white/grey hair is offensive) BUT it's haram to dye it with black hair dye specifically. The reason for this according to Muslims is that it's haram for older people to try make themselves look younger and apparently dyeing it black, specifically, accounts for that. What's more puzzling is that you can still dye it the darkest shade of brown (almost black) and it would not be considered a sin.
I've always found that really weird.
Maybe Jews have a tradition of dyeing their hair black?

Why i cant leave islam. Im a rational thinking like you abdullah sameer. But we live in this life have so many emotion. Sometime we have bad time. Sometime have sad moment or sometime feeling useless. First when i think this rationally, i cant solve all the problem by my doing. So i need the divine being for helping me. And i try to sholat try to reading alquran without knowing the meaning. Just do everyday and routine. And by the time goes by, everything are calming down, and some problems are solved, and with a routine giving charity my whealth more big. Im not so muslim i think. *Marrying Solely to Return to the Previous Husband*
Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said that "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) cursed the man who marries a women after her divorce solely to permit her first husband.”
1 However, this ruling comes in accordance with the opinion of all men of profound knowledge like 'Umar Ibn AI-Khattab, 'Uthman Ibn 'Affan, 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib and the jurists of the successors. It is reported also by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad and An-Nasa'i in his Sunan with sahih transmission. Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was asked about the ruling of the one who marries solely to permit the first husband to return to his divorced wife, whereupon he said, "No (it is not a legal marriage), the legal marriage should be founded on wish and desire. No marriage is permitted which is based on deception or contradiction to Allah's Book. Satisfaction of sexual desires is a condition for legal marriage.”
2 'Uqbah Ibn 'Amr said that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) once asked,
*"Would I tell you about the hired billy goat?" "Yes: O Messenger of Allah!"* the people said.
He (pbuh) explained, *"It is the one who marries solely to permit the first husband to return to his divorced wife. Verily, Allah Most High cursed this one and the former husband as well.”*
3 Once a man said to Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) "I have married a woman with the intention of permitting her first husband to remarry her. However, I have done so without the knowledge of the previous husband and he did not command me to do this. Is there any wrong?" Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) replied, "Oh, it is not legal. Permissible marriage should be based on complete desire, if you wish, you could hold her and if you wish you could divorce her. In the lifetime of the Prophet (pbuh), we used to consider the like of your marriage as illicit sexual relation." Moreover, there are many narrations and reports that condemn the act of marring a woman solely to return to her first husband. The following are some of these narrations: AI-Thram and Ibn AI-Mundhir narrated that 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I would stone to' death the one who marries to permit the previous husband to return to his divorced wife. I would also stone to death the first husband." 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about marring a woman to permit her to return to the previous husband, whereupon he said, "It is an illicit sexual relation." 'Abdullah Ibn Sharauk AI-\\Amri said, "I heard Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) when he was asked about a man who divorced his wife (his uncle's daughter) and someone else wanted to marry her to permit the former husband to remarry her. Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) explained, 'The former and latter are adulterers even if the marriage lasted for 20 years. However, the knowledge of the former husband by the aim of the marriage is the main criteria of incurring curse upon himself." A man asked Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), "My uncle's son has divorced his wife and so he became regretful." Ibn \\Abbas declared, "Your uncle's son disobeyed Allah and, therefore, he was inflicted with regret, whereas he obeyed Satan who will not relieve him." The man asked more, "What do you say in a man who wants to marry her to permit him to remarry her?" He disclosed, 'He, thus, seeks to deceive Allah, but it is Allah who deceives him." Ibrahim An-Nakh'i stated, "If the first husband, the second husband, or the woman intends to marry solely to permit the first husband to remarry his divorced wife, the marriage will be illegal." Sa'id Ibn AI- Musaib said concerning this issue, "It is prohibited in Islam." However, Malik Ibn Anas, Al-layth Ibn Su'd, Sufyan AI- Thawri, Imam Ahmad and other great scholars are of the same opinion. Iman Shafi'i considers the contract of marriage, in which one is compelled to divorce his wife to permit her former husband to remarry her, is null and void.
The more i learned about Islam the more i realised it's truth. Quran is from the creator of the universe Islam is the only true religion. May Allah guide all ex Muslims again to islam

Can you talk about the unnecessary period of time a Muslim widow has to wait before getting remarried it's called العدة (it's 4 months and 10 days if i remember correctly and she can't be seen outside or go out unless she really has to ) but a man can remarry the same day his wife dies . I get back in the day they needed to make sure she's not pregnant but why it's still practiced to this day when pregnancy tests MRI are available. This is kinda okay but as there are tests these days to confirm pregnancy. The not going out probably has to do with a mourning period which you will find across many cultures; not that your employer will like it that you were gonna stay home for 4 months and waltz back in afterwards. Mourning is a personal thing, and people should mourn a loved one how they chose to!
My in law was 7 months pregnant and thought se was only 16 weeks. Sometimes it isn't obvious that one is pregnant right away

DIVORCE in Islam as allowed. In the BIBLE divorce is forbidden EXCEPT if one of the married partners commits adultery; even then Adultery is a reason, NOT an excuse and both parties should try and salvage the relationship. I will begin with prayer that may Allah bring all of you back to the folds of Islam. In order to understand the rules you have to take a step back and think whether Islam is a true religion and Mohammad(PBUH) is a prophet of Allah or not.

If you repent and ask for Allah’s forgiveness, He will make your hearts pure and these arguments will make no impact on you Inshallah. I pray to Allah to show all the humanity the righteous path of Islam
