Thanks for watching everyone. I just want to say there are great tenants and terrible tenants, there are great landlords and terrible landlords. This isn't a video about bashing tenants, my wife and I are tenants ourselves. We both rent an apartment where we live and have a house that we rent out so I've seen it from both sides. This issue here is about respect towards others and personal responsibility. And it's also about laws that are enabling bad behavior that lead to negative downstream outcomes. The story the mainstream media typically shows is about the tenant that's getting burned by a bad landlord (which there are plenty of). So I decided to make a video about good landlords who are falling victim to poor behavior from a bad tenant. Yes, it goes both ways so here's the perspective that quite often doesn't get shown.
Agree, I’m the same, rented, owned and bought a couple of cheap properties as part of my pension. (I have very happy tenants). We all have different needs at different times, we should all work towards harmony as best we can. Good luck everyone. 👍🏼🌅
No such thing as a good landlord. Profiting off of whether a person has shelter or not is disgusting. How many families have these people thrown on the street? I'm not suggesting landlords should go broke, I'm suggesting they should not exist. That's capitalism for you, profiting off of the suffering of others.
I know you usually show the opposite of mainstream media but that means that if they have a certain bias your videos end up having the opposite bias as well since you only give one perspective. Love your work and I think your way of reporting on the ground is unique so I think you'd still benefit from covering both sides in your own way. Just my 2 cents, keep it up!
This angers me so much. I’m a tenant. I lost my job during pandemic. I am just returning to my job. But I have not missed one rent payment nor bill payment. Glory be to God.
I got unemployment. Like the tenant in this apartment which is what angers me about her taking advantage of this landlord. I have used it wisely because I know nothing comes for free. Donated and helped out people who have been struggling. It boggles my mind on why the government gives out so much money. Including stimulus, child credits, just handing out money. A lot of it going out to the wrong hands. When there are people like this on the other end never getting much needed help. I’ve known of people in different states who have TILL THE DAY not received their assistance since the pandemic started! And have lost everything! But yet people with a million kids with multiple dads, on housing, EBT, child support, choosing not to work SINCE YEARS before the pandemic as a lifestyle, plus getting drunk and buying drugs getting stimulus for each kid plus now credit for them? The government should do more to look at how much, who to assist, and how to assist. Instead of giving out money left and right to people please and get votes. Because people like these landlords and many others pay the price.
I feel bad for these folks. Dad came from a different country, raised his daughter to be a good person, she married a good person, and continue to try to understand everyone situation. Each party is suffering. And they told us with class their situation. They done did the American dream all to be fucked by the government. Slow clap. SMH
it's the paradox of "civilized" countries. In "normal" countries, if a tenant refuses to pay you know what happens? He finds his stuff on the front lawn and locks changed, end of story.
@@Platypus882 I've had this thought for a while ( applies to any country), either A. The people are responsible for their government and equally culpable for what it does or B. The people are impotent and just along for the ride. In my country Ukraine I know what it is (B).

We just evicted 6 relatives who were all addicts from the home our mother in law legally left to my husband and I. They got to stay there 6 more months rent free and harassed us. My hair actually started turning gray during this time and I missed a lot of work due to court cases and stress. I thank God that the courts ruled in our favor and we are now free of them.
My grandparents at the end of their life had to deal with my Aunt like this. She was an addict and lived in their home. It was raided by the FBI, and he ended up having to clean it up before selling it. I can still remember being a kid in that house and it being immaculate. Then going into the house helping them clean it up with black resin tar spots in the white carpet and it smelled wall to wall like cigarette smoke. At 80 years old they didn't need to be dealing that shit. No one should.

@@Feminichole As a home buyer, when I see listings with 1 or 2 photos of the exterior, that’s a BIG RED FLAG for me to avoid that listing due to tenants squatting & not paying rent and destruction of the property.
Exactly! In our area, rent has jumped up by 50% because landlords are bailing out! They are selling their properties to the Corporations ---> Corporations are doing the 'renovation eviction' ----> they are raising the rents by 50% when they are done. *The funny thing is that Government is NOT stopping big corporations from doing the 'renovation eviction' thing....but they would bring down wrath and fire if a regular landlord tried something like that!
14:11 a friend of mine owns a few rental properties in Pennsylvania, houses he bought (that were in pretty bad shape), renovated and now rents. He started with section 8 rentals, where the tenant only has to pay a small percentage of the rent, but he found most didn't bother to pay even that. They damaged the homes and when he went in to inspect and do repairs, he found the same thing these folks found; lots of expensive stuff. These tenants have money, they just don't think it's worth it to pay any rent.
I administered Section 23 and Section 8 programs from the mid70s through the late 90s. The way the programs morphed made me warn my friends who had rental properties DO NOT EVER take Section 8 unless it is an independent living senior citizen. I saw way too many apartments destroyed by careless tenants, from highrises to two family homes. Worst was a Sec 23 family that had 25 members of one extended family crammed into a 7 br one family house. After we convinced them to separate into 6 different family units, the landlord of that wrecked house tore it down. It was cheaper then renovating it. And of course, we, as the Housing Authority, had to pay EVERYONE's expenses - from moving/relocating, rental assistance in 6 new units, and a settlement to the landlord for his destroyed property. and by we the Housing Authority, it's really us the taxpayers. (and yes, those 6 family units went on to tear up several more units afterwards)
@@fafalina56 up until recently in my area, S-8 was voluntary. Now, a new law passed less than two months ago made income source discriminatory. We can not say no to S-8 anymore. My husband and I used to accept S-8 way back in the day. The program is horrible to deal with.
@@Monipenny1000 Oof. Back when I was doing it any building 3 units or less and owner-occupied had the right to refuse, as long as it was NOT being rented out through a broker. Anything larger, or if rented through a broker, could not refuse it, and once you had one in the building you had to keep accepting more.
@@fafalina56 wow, it wasn't voluntary back then in the City you worked at? I feel it is wrong for any entity with no ownership of our properties to force their program on private landlords, especially when the program is very difficult to deal with. Problem here, they lower our rental price by a lot. I don't do this as a charity.
@@Monipenny1000 That requirement was sort of in line with the Equal Housing Opportunities requirement. Once you used a broker for a rental it was considered a commercial enterprise, so you lost all say in yes or no to S8. Where I was has one of the tightest rental markets in the country, so landlords were able to set their rental price and stick to it. Before Vouchers rolled around, our entire region had gotten an exemption from the rent guidelines, and were allowed to go +10%. Even that wasn't enough most of the time, so it usually was always the same group of buildings that had a revolving door of S8 tenants.
I'm confused. There was a check stub of 14k? Well that is evidence if you sue for back pay. If not issue the tenant a 1099 and the IRS will hold up their taxes for several years till they get back what the lanlord would have paid in taxes on that income instead of claiming the year as nonpayment as a loss. The IRS can't tax the lanlord cause they never rec. that income. You can't stop the flow of the funds back to the government. Last one holding the bag, basically has to pay up. So if the IRS can't get it from the lanlord cause they never rec. It then they will go after the tenant!!! It's already happening. Make sure you and your accountant use the 1099 to the tenant if you know you will never recoup that income. If the IRS can't get it from Peter they will go for Paul. Very simple. You don't even have to give the tenant a 1099, by law just mail to last known address. Lanlords are now sticking it to the tenant by having the IRS go after the loss income and that means the tenant won't be getting any tax returns for several years until the amount they desire has been satisfied since they could not get it from the lanlord via income earned!
If their business was set up properly, they will be able to recoup every cent of lost rents via insurance & legal avenues. It will be a pain in the ass requiring lots of time and paper work, but that is the reality of taking on millions of dollars of debt in order to start a real estate business. The risk these people have taken on is what allows them to make the amount of money they do, it has huge upsides, but also huge downsides. Real estate is a volatile industry, and as capitalism dictates, those who do not set their business in a risk adverse manner will be weeded out by their competition. The case here being large real estate corporations purchasing their foreclosed properties from the banks at a discounted rate.
The real loss is if people lose faith in America and begin to just live looking out for themselves. Small landlords hire small companies, some of which hire ex-cons that in years past could not find work. America is great because of a tradition of people working together and not solely looking out for themselves.
If the landlord takes the tenant to court and the person does not show up the courts can put a garnish on the ex-tenants paycheck (10-15%) until they recoup the funds.
I feel bad for these landlords- her husband is wearing regular Nike 👟 shoes which is only the best brand for sneakers. You thinking that it's even constitutional to put people under perpetual rent forever is not only oppressive but wicked morally because you accumulate wealth while the poor do not.
@@supplanter. No-one is put under "perpetual rent" by landlords. The tenant either has the money to buy or he does not. He may be able to save and buy or he may not. Thank you for covering this issue. It is happening everywhere. We own two duplexes in Pennsylvania. My husband purchased derelict properties and rehabbed them on his own. It took literally years and years of work. We were stuck in this situation with one tenant for eight months. There was literally nothing we could do, and since he had not lost work due to covid the tenant didn't qualify for special assistance. It was both frustrating and frightening. (We're not wealthy. At that time, our children qualified for reduced price lunches at school.) Thankfully a social services worker understood our plight and helped our tenant find appropriate free housing that met his needs, or we might still be in the situation. Housing is not free. SOMEONE has to pay for it.

Landlords will be selling by the millions over the next few months. This will cause housing collapse. Many rented properties will become homes instead of rentals. The banks always win.

This statement is very true. They have an income. For the most part credit checks out. The biggest thing I think I have encountered would be references. I have on more than one occasion the prior or current landlord lie and give glowing reference just to get them out. Only to later find out they had pulled the same thing in previous locations often more than once. I had a tenant hold back pass due rent telling me they would only pay if I gave them a good reference to get a new place. This same family was dressed to the nines in $200-300 shoes (all 6 of them)expensive clothing, top of the line electronics and gaming systems, very expensive firearms, and Upon leaving purchased themselves a Denali and fitted it with custom rims and tires. I did not give them the glowing reference.
i'm also a small landlord. thankfully my tenants continued to make payments through this situation. i keep hearing politicians complaining about needing more time to protect tenants, but not once have i heard them express concern or a plan to protect regular folks like these. Great video. Shining a light on a serious issue a lot of us are dealing with in NY. Someone close to me is dealing with tenants from hell. There is a case set in motion, but in the meantime the tenants are threatening their lives. Stressful situation.
I was a landlord in Texas 40 years ago and I had two tenants owe me the rent. I asked about it and they told me i would have to evict them to get them out of my house. I was young and didn't know much about the court system, so I took matters in my own hands. I waited until they were at work and went by the house and busted all the window glass out with a shovel. It was a cold winter day and it rained later that day. They came home with their two children to a freezing and wet house. They didn't even call me, they just moved out. I was in construction at the time, so i just had a window glass guy go by and replace the window glass. I had my painter crew go by and give everythig a fresh coat of paint and all was good. It cost me a little money, but well worth it.
As an owner of 5 properties I am so happy that they were all vacant before the pandemic occurred and given the last tenant I had to evict (took a year plus I lost $35k) I doubt I will be renting any of my properties again.
"Just be fair"...exactly. It's nearly impossible to get along as a community when predatory individuals are allowed, by law, to take advantage of those with the courage to take a shot at success. AOC is happy though.
at 15:05 when she said "you give people a chance" and that's the hard part about being a landlord. you want to give people the kindness that you would want, but in order to protect yourself, you have to go by the book. check credit score and history, call previous landlords for references, get employment history, etc. it's a bummer, but examples like this are why people can't be as trusting.
I gave a single mom a chance because she had a big dog that few rentals would accept and she is black, which she claimed was another reason she couldn’t find a place. She had a good job as a nurse and a 21 yr old daughter and an 18 yr old getting ready to graduate and join the military the next month. Later I found out she didn’t graduate. After she stopped paying rent I asked her why her daughters couldn’t work to help out. She was so insulted, but didn’t answer. That’s entitlement mentality. When she finally did leave, she left her dog in a house of squalor.
I spent 5 years building my small rental business. I paid for the property, paid all the taxes, paid for the renovations and did all the work and labor myself. I mow their lawns, fix their leaks and pay their utilities. How is it fair that I should now be forced to house people who don't work, for free until I'm bankrupted? Who could possibly budget for that.
What would happen if you have a passing conversation with the tensnts that since they have not been paying the rent that the mortgage is not being paid therefore the house is going into foreclosure and the bank will be coming by to kick them out with the police? There are going to be massive foreclosures here very soon. My parents has several.houses they rented out and told people that if the house and yard were kept up with with no damages they would not raise the rent. Was looking at becoming a landlord to create retirement income and then all this moratorium stuf started going down. Holding off til the government gets back on the side of small landlords. I'd hate to be in their position and hope they can get some kind of relief soon.
What a beautiful neighborhood and such gorgeous homes! It's wrong on every level that small landlords are being driven to financial ruin - There are some cases where a renter has legitimate financial problems -- However there's plenty who have not lost their income and are just taking advantage of the situation to avoid paying the rent they owe. Landlords are still responsible for the mortgage, property taxes, upkeep and the like --- Who's helping them?
I got lucky. My tenant owed over $11k. The City of San Diego paid 80% and I had to forgive the remaining $20%. Made no profit, broke even, which worked for me.
Whew, everything she said was insanely accurate. I am in this EXACT situation right now. My tenant works for the FDNY, has been doing so fo 20 years, and just decided to stop paying altogether. I'm just going to fight until they are gone.
This is the same situation in London, U.K. The state (the councils) have sold off / privatised all their social housing and don’t have the supply to meet the mass evictions. So they have brought in the moratoriums to stave off the crisis. The small landlords like you say will go under and the big “corporates” will swoop in to clean up rental properties at bottom dollar. The rich get richer. It might be time for small landlords to coalesce.
The UK was screwed when Blair brought in mass immigration and 3 bedroom homes built for new family's were converted into 5 bed house shares or flats just as the average working man was earning a good wage and had market power, now we have no real wage rises in 2 decades but house prices go up 10% each year. As far as I'm concerned, no one should own a second home until most people have a chance to own a first one.
My mom used to say to me being a good person is doing the right thing when you don’t have to or no one is watching. Many of us could have used this situation to save money at the expense or to the detriment of our landlords, but it is not in alignment with our moral compass.

In the beginning it said the moratorium was for landlords too. What kind of moratorium is that you still have to pay property taxes, they don't know what a moratorium is apparently.
Peter thank you for your awesome content and for giving these people a voice and making a problem known that many haven’t heard of. Keep up the great work!
Unfortunately the business environment in the US is not friendly to small-medium sized business. It is very hard on the individuals stuck in the middle between large corporations and just the individuals. As a small landlord I’ve always been willing to work with folks who were making an effort and even showing me they were trying. Small businesses and middle class folks don’t have the leverage/lobbying power of large corporations and therefore don’t get adequate representation with lawmakers and policy makers.
I know somebody who owns many rentals. He's ruthless. When a tenant misses 2 months rent, he pays a couple of guys to break in when the renter is out. They steal a few items. A kind "friend " calls the landlord, tells him he was driving past and saw the door smashed. Landlord sends a crew to replace the door and add new locks. They leave a note on the door to tell tenants they have been burgled and take a photo to add to the before "broken" door. They invite the tenants to call the office. The office, of course, doesn't have a key yet. 9 times out of 10, the tenants don't persue the matter. It's mean but it works.
As a landlord myself I agree wholeheartedly that this is a big issue with the moratorium. We had an issue with 2 of our nine tenants, one got laid off due to covid, but never even tried to find another job, then got into drugs really bad, and the next thing was that our rental house turned into a crackhouse and we could do nothing to get them out. We had to stand by and do nothing while they broke windows, ruined the house, and terrorized the neighbors. Our courts in Maryland are better than New York, but they were shut down - why they thought the courts were a non-essential business is beyond me! We had no recourse, tenants would call the police if a landlord tried to get them out! There was no accountability for the money they received from the government to make sure that money went to essentials like food and rent. We had to work overtime in order to keep the mortgages paid, while the tenants just spent their money on anything they wanted. Thanks for bringing this up, I always appreciate your videos!
Peter thanks for the video, it's not only in NYC ! It's happening in small towns too like Clyde, NC. Evictions that should have happened before Covid-19 hit and just gave these types of people over a year of Free Rent! Alot of good landlords have the life savings tied up in properties! WTH?
If you haven't figured this out already, the end game of this "eviction moratorium" is for millions of rental properties to be transferred from private ownership to the banks. This is a real estate grab of epic proportions, disguised as some Orwellian form of humanitarianism where tenants don't have to pay anything yet landlords still have to pay their mortgage payment, property taxes, insurance, property management fees, and maintenance expenses.
The goverment loves all this. They can make landlords do whatever they want. Landlords are a big new social agency. They should have a name and an acronym. Landlord housing agency or something like that. LHA. They are now section 8 motels that the goverment does not have to give out vouchers for.
Same thing happened to me. Tenant finally left after months and months. I was so angry the whole time...it really took a toll on me. I really have empathy for any body going through this.
My tenants paid me through the whole pandemic. In return, I decided to show them my appreciation and let them use their security deposit for rent and told them that they have proven to be great people and so for that reason. That they should be able to use their security deposit. Which I have been holding for 3 years. Also, that I would not raise their rent for the following year.
I am a renter who fell behind and I went out of my way to keep my landlord up to date. I gave her proof of my unemployment denials, letters from my employer and proof that I applied for assistance and begged my family to help. I never got more than 2 months behind cause I was selling my belongings and asking friends and family if they could help. I am low income as it is, and it got much harder. I suspect that many people didn't pay rent because they didn't have to with no thought as to what they were going to do when the rent became due again. I always had that in the back of my mind. I finally won unemployment after a year and a half of fighting and was able to repay those who helped. I don't understand how people can sleep at night if they're not paying just because they don't have to. It's theft. Period.
End extended unemployment and end the moratorium so small landlords can survive. Force unemployed people back to work given that businesses are hard up for workers. No more handouts. Maybe the landlords can do a reverse squat to force tenants out?
instead of blaming individuals that are clearly in a bad situation why don't you look at the root cause and hold to account those people that made this situation happen over many years? are you the type of person that goes around telling abuse victims that they deserve it? all you are advocating for is to make the problem worse as a whole. I do agree though that any handouts should not exceed a min wage, that's just silly and clearly shows the governments intentions.
We are small Landlord too with a paid for rental house so we've got absolutely no relief, and a tenant who has committed himself to "drawing this out as long as I can". I certainly feel for these people.
I was a small landlord too. I understand the plight too. I was taking care of the rental property, my mom’s house (utilities/taxes/maintenance) , my mom’s Assisted living care and my own home…. My accountant told me I would be broke in three years!!!! I just sold the building so mom will have $$$ for care and get under everything
We are in the same boat as these landlords. We have single tenant holding up 3 bedroom apartment and hasn’t paid rent in well over a year despite working and even at some points subletting the apartment. Would love to share our nightmare on your platform, this needs more awareness!
A few years back I helped out my Aunt and Uncle clean out one of their rental properties after a tenant just bailed on their lease. It was ten times worse than this house and by the time I had come in to help clean, it had already been "cleaned" a little. It was the filthiest house I had even been in. These people NEVER washed their clothes, they just went out and bought new clothes. So there were 20-30 garbage bags and piles of dirty clothes everywhere, and the smell...woof. You just think to yourself, "How can someone functionally even live like this." and this person had children too which made me just feel so bad for the kids. Because they didn't choose to live in a dump like that. It was their parents doing. They were similar to what she said in the video, "Kittens when they first come in and lions when they leave."
Between the coat an the sneakers 👟 she could’ve paid those people, now she had to leave the items- find a new place to scam from. That’s a nasty cycle.
This lady hit the nail right on the head. The problem is not the moratorium. The problem is the housing court favors the tenant. In NY, tenants can delay going to court up to 3 times. It takes a mimimum of 3 months to get a new court date so you are basically out 11 months rent essentially. Ive been there with deadbeat tenants, its the worst.

Bad tenants need to be removed. There are so many bad ones out there who think landlords are loaded with money. Most landlords are small mom and pop types.
Sure, make them homeless and even more of a burden on society, and no most landlords aren't mom and pop types. the solution is complicated and I suggest you take the time to understand this before commenting about something you clearly know nothing of. What is wrong is that these small landlords get no real help whilst banks and funds have access to billions provided by helicopter payments and the situation with reverse repo where the fed are just printing money and jacking up house prices which are used as security.

@@fafalina56 wow, it wasn't voluntary back then in the City you worked at?
I feel so bad for these small landlords. This is a potential life ruining situation for them. I’m sorry all.

You must vet your tenants thoroughly. Every break you give an applicant you will eventually have to pay for.
I love Nadine and her family, the government employees need to watch these.
Great video Peter. It’s a travesty what is happening to landlords throughout the country and I’m glad you are shedding light on it through your platform.
BUT IM GLAD U MADE A VIDEO ON THIS TOPIC
Brilliant!

at 15:05 when she said "you give people a chance" and that's the hard part about being a landlord. you want to give people the kindness that you would want, but in order to protect yourself, you have to go by the book. check credit score and history, call previous landlords for references, get employment history, etc. it's a bummer, but examples like this are why people can't be as trusting.

You know you can take your landlord to small claims court for the deposit.
Next time send a letter certified return receipt with pictures of the clean apartment or home. They may see you are serious and return your refund. See if an attorney will take the case for free probono. It could be a class action lawsuits if it is a large complex. And call a tv station with an i team. In most states you must pay your last months rent it can not serve as your deposit. Please read prior to signing a contract. One mom threatened a lawsuit an.attorney wrote a letter and I sent my letter by certified return receipt with a copy of the rental agreement. If your bad at keeping documents take pics with your phone and email them to yourself as back up
In any rent situation walk the house BEFORE moving in with the landlord. Take pictures and documents any and all damage already done. Point it out to the landlord and have them sign off on it.
If you have items in the house that can be damaged by everyday use by pets or kids like say for instance mini blinds, take them down and store them and replace them with curtains etc. Cover carpeting/flooring with inexpensive throw rugs etc.
Then when moving out, again take pictures, walk through with landlord and offer to repair anything in order to get your deposit back...have the landlord sign off.
Expect more expensive deposits in the future due to exactly what these landlords are going through.
And yes. These tenants are indeed shitbags.
Did you use your deposit as the last month's rent? It is illegal to do that and you claim that it's happened multiple times. Something's missing here
Its occurring all over the world. here in the UK, it's rife. The tenants seem to have more rights than the landlord.
Oh, what a shame! People have more right to shelter than landlords have the right to profit off of their need for shelter? You think that's a bad thing? I guess money is everything to some people.
@@jamesreed1119 I am with Peter on this there are good landlords and there are bad landlords, likewise good tenants and bad tenants. I would never be a landlord in a million years after seeing what some of these entitled scumbags do to the landlords let alone the damage they cause to the property, neighbours and neighbourhood. Yes, lets give everybody shelter, but there are some utter scumbags who foist themselves on others and don't give a toss of the consequences. When one of those move in next to you and cause you utter misery, I think you will change your tune about "everybody needs shelter". Most of the small landlords need to make a profit to keep their own families going, they aren't a charity.
@@TheFingerman37Nothing could make me think people shouldn't have shelter. If a person is unwilling to work to help their community then they should be ostracized. However, they should still get some form of shelter even if its just a shack. Somebody in Los angeles (IIRC) built little wooden shacks for the homeless at his own expense and the city would not allow them to be put into use. I am not say that your particular home should be taken from you and used to house these people. Again there are about 34 uninhabited homes for every homeless person in America. We have the ability to house these people and we should make every effort to make it happen. I am saying the extremely rich should not be allowed to hoard money when we have hundreds of thousands of homeless people. Also, there is a huge population of homeless veterans. Do they not deserve a home because they went to war and came home with PTSD? They tend to have a problem holding down a job.

Yes, transfer of wealth
The UK was screwed when Blair brought in mass immigration and 3 bedroom homes built for new family's were converted into 5 bed house shares or flats just as the average working man was earning a good wage and had market power, now we have no real wage rises in 2 decades but house prices go up 10% each year.
As far as I'm concerned, no one should own a second home until most people have a chance to own a first one.

Small business owners and landlords alike were flourishing under Trump. It all depends on who has the house and senate majority.

Its not mean- it's genius
Thank you for this! This video is something I talk about all the time with what’s going on in America! Thank you! It needs to end!
You're a businessman,rentals are bussines,sometimes bussines fail,that's capitalism
@@joeenke6440 But this isn't capitalism. Capitalism would allow you to remove people who didn't pay for services. This is government intervention.
Peter thanks for the video, it's not only in NYC ! It's happening in small towns too like Clyde, NC. Evictions that should have happened before Covid-19 hit and just gave these types of people over a year of Free Rent! Alot of good landlords have the life savings tied up in properties! WTH?

Thank you Peter. God bless 🙏 you for putting this out there. Noone cares for small landlords who are the reason why people get ahead.
U are absolutely correct
Thanks for shining a light on "the other side" of this situation. It's very very bad, all over!
The goverment loves all this. They can make landlords do whatever they want. Landlords are a big new social agency. They should have a name and an acronym. Landlord housing agency or something like that. LHA. They are now section 8 motels that the goverment does not have to give out vouchers for.
They should sell the luxury items left behind on eBay. I'm sure they could get several hundred for the $800.00 shoes left behind.
It is pathetic to see where these fools have spent their money instead of paying their rents. THIEVES🤬

It's theft. Period.
This is all by design ? They don’t want any small business .

Love you Peter!!! Thanks for your incredible work!!! This is pure art..!!.!.!.!.
