They need to bring back "Debtor's Prison"! Develop a website that landlords can run their name by "last house/flat/apt rented", w/the name of the owner w/phone # to include background checks. What a nightmare in the UK.
My Friend almost got his @ss evicted but on a Wing & A Prayer his Fam helped him out. It was a major slice of humble pie. He never learned fiscal responsibility and no matter how many times he's been told to budget and keep his financial obligations and promises intact he doesn't listen. The Bailiff almost came by on Saturday Morning and almost threw his stuff out. He's more responsible by paying part of his rent every second week when he's gets paid. It was a major slice of humble pie.
That woman SOPHIA KEELEY should have her name plastered on EVERY tenant blacklist in the UK and have her picture spread around to ALL TV and film production companies , what an obnoxious individual

If i was Paul I would take this industry into private enterprise by starting a registry of bad tenants so prospective landlords can check before renting the premises. Cost $10. If the bad tenants want to get off the black list they prove they are now clean and he takes them off the list, another $10. Otherwise I see so mutch money here the legal industry will never let it go. They live of other people's misery and keep two people fighting for their gain.
