  • You don’t need a jump board to add some fun, cardio intervals to your workout. This workout includes intervals of cardio jumping on the foot bar! We will start with an ab warm-up, do a bridging/footwork series, a fun mid-back series, and jumps in a variety of position! This is a full-body cardio and strength class.
