- This workout includes two sections. The first 30 minutes are great lower body exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knees and the last 15 minutes are upper body strengthening exercises to improve posture and overall upper body strength.
Level: Beginner

Really loved this class. I did a heavy dumbbell workout on Saturday followed by one of your reformer stretch videos. Today I did this one and it was like dessert for my muscles!
