    Thanks for the video. I am a newer teacher. In my all levels classes, I will add on more layers to side lying work, like you've shown here. I also like the change of lying sideways across the carriage with the magic circle holding the head while doing clams. Planking is what I've just introduced to my classes. It is a challenge to many to plank. I would be afraid to suggest a yellow spring for planking, as many may not have that level of control and strength and control. I could go to a blue and yellow, instead of the red we've been using on planks, if someone wants to add on to a more challenging plank. Love the ideas your workout provides to help me in my own practice too.

      Thank you. I do have some clients planking from red to no springs at all based on their ability. 😊💪
